Der Support funktioniert super! Die Wartezeit für den Support wurde erstmal auf mehrere Stunden geschätzt, aber nach 10 Sekunden war der Support schon da.

I’ve been really happy with Brevo. The team is always available to answer questions and sort out any issues quickly. They’re prompt and helpful and as a business owner I feel supported. The platform has been great for my business, and I highly recommend it.

We had a great experience with the PushOwl Brevo team. Their customer support was extremely helpful in a specific case where we had multiple Shopify stores under the same company. They helped us find a solution to link all our Shopify stores to a single Brevo account, which allowed us to centralize all our data and made campaign management much easier.
