Their support system is excellent, Yash has helped me with most of my queries promptly. They have curated a special plan to support me initially, which is a very good gesture to support a new Brand. Highly recommend the same to everyone.

I came into the chat confused an lost, Chatting with Raul was like talking to a friend. I was open and honest about my issue, Raul supported me with practical and straightforward information. I was ready to leave Brevo, but after chatting with Raul, I decided to stayed and give Push Owl another try. Brevo has improved over the years. Happy with it. The customer support is very good. Great service from Anjali today helping me setting some email flows up. Very impressed with how she handled it.

With this application, all your Shopify customers are added to a list in your Brevo account. You are then free to contact them by email, SMS, or WhatsApp. It's great !

The app is full featured with Web Push, SMS, and Email. It is very easy to setup and configure so you can be ready to launch your first push campaign in a very short time. I also like the ability to seamlessly integrate all channels (web, email, SMS) so you can reach your customers anywhere. PushOwl/Brevo has amazing support. Harish answered all of my questions quickly while I was setting up the app and was extremely helpful..
