Great app, discounts display well and easy to understand, quick support when we had a technical issue. Would highly recommend this over other apps which we have used in the past.

Quantity Breaks app was the only one that included all the features I needed and their support team was patient with helping me resolve any issues and I was really nit picky too! Thanks Quantity Breaks...you guys are awesome!!!

I went through maybe 5 apps, none worked well or even at all with the ajax cart (that I chose specifically for a reason, so I couldn't just change my theme). For the price and for doing exactly what I needed, this app is amazing, and I never leave reviews.

I installed the basic Free version, we had a small problem. I contacted their support and they fixed it in less than 24h. App does exactly what it is supposed to do. I appreciate the little bump on the cart page to entice users to add more items to get the discount. I'll be upgrading for sure. And by the way, I use another app from the same team (pre-order), a free version also haha and it works perfect.

I downloaded the app recently for a QTT Break use. I wanted to change colors to match my website and customer service was very helpful. It works OK... the only thing is that when you change one setting, it messes up the rest so you need to double check everything before confirming. Website is not live yet so I'll see if it works ok when used everyday...

Best quantity discount app ever. It has features that other app do not offer (coupon code usage + quantity) and they have the best support that helps with any issues.

I added this app recently as it provided some features that I couldn't get from other apps. So happy so far, and already our customers have responded positively. We had a few minor changes that we needed to make it fit with our website, and the support provided has been excellent to make them happen. So fast and efficient!

Only app I could find that allowed me to keep my AJAX cart and have multiple discount codes. Excellent support too.

Fantastic customer service. Was able to set up to look exactly how I wanted. Worked well with cart drawer, which other similar ones did not. Also, the volume discount + discount code option works quite well. Only issue is that the prices shown on the product page do not update real time to match the quantity in the cart. Other discount apps I've used do this seamlessly. The discounts only show up in the cart, once the products are added. They said if enough people request the feature they would add it, so please add your vote for this feature as well!

Had user errors and a CSS modification to do and the customer support at Website on demand for my Quantity Breaks app was very helpful, courteous and promptly replied ever time.

Functions exactly as it should. And the only quantity break/volume discounting app I found that would offer support for AJAX carts. Great support, too.

We tested quite a few apps and all of them had some functionality missing or were ridiculously expensive. This one seems to work very well so far and looks like good value for money. Setup is easy and straightforward, options and interface are simple and user-friendly and the app does what it is supposed to do. Support is great and solved a cosmetic issue I had quickly and with good communication.

The app worked great. I did a tiered volume discount with no issues. However, I wish there was an option to allow the customer to choose at checkout to use the Quantity Discount or an existing discount code they had received in the past. We had a few premium members who had a discount code that would have been higher than the tiered discount promo I set with Quantity Break.
Hi there - thanks for the feedback! There is an option in the Settings tab of the app which will allow shoppers to use certain types of discount codes on the cart page. I suspect the discount code's discount would get added on top of the quantity discounts which probably isn't what you want. We'll go ahead and add this to our requested features list.
