We use this app in our shop and for the most part this works very seamlessly. It has saved us a lot of time messaging customers and creating the draft orders ourselves with the bulk discount. If we ever have issues, the support team is quick to respond and fix the issue on our site while I can focus on my business!

Not actually unlimited on the paid plan. We received an error after 22 discount groups that we were approaching the max file size. The 33 groups each had 3 discount tiers.... this is far from unlimited.... Yes, the file size is a limitation of Shopify, however, the app makers know this, it's in their FAQ, yet they advertise unlimited discount groups....
