Had mooi geweest, maar helaas werkt de app niet altijd goed wanneer klanten snel afrekenen via bijvoorbeeld Google Pay of PayPal. Daardoor werd de korting regelmatig niet verwerkt. Het gevolg was dat klanten achteraf ontdekten dat zij geen korting hadden gekregen, wat natuurlijk voor irritatie zorgde. Om teleurstellingen en klachten te voorkomen hebben wij besloten deze app niet meer te gebruiken. Jammer, want het idee was goed, maar in de praktijk werkte het voor ons niet betrouwbaar genoeg.

We use this app in our shop and for the most part this works very seamlessly. It has saved us a lot of time messaging customers and creating the draft orders ourselves with the bulk discount.
