I occasionally have issue with this app but they are limited compared to the use i get from it. On the occasions I do require support the team are always excellent. Speedy and sort the problem without much difficulty at all. Ben was excellent today. Thanks

I reached out to support for a minor question and ended up asking about some pretty deep customization options. Luckily, I got Andy, who is an absolute rockstar. He spent a while digging into the code to find a solution for me (even though I said I was happy enough as it was). I was afraid that with such a deep customization, I wouldn't be able to play with the options myself anymore and would have to reach out to change it again. But not only did he solve the exact customization I wanted, he also showed me how I could use the custom CSS box to easily play around with it myself from then on. As someone who can maybe tinker with settings here and there, but definitely not understand 95% of code, that's huge for me. Super satisfied with the app, and feel like I'm in kind and capable hands with support. Thanks a lot, Andy!

Anna has been incredibly helpful in resolving the issues. This app has provided bulk discounts in my store exactly as needed based on the promotional plan, with discounts automatically applied at checkout. Whenever I've encountered challenges while setting up rules or offers, the app's help chat has been very supportive and effective.

This app was able to provide bulk discounts in my store exactly how I needed according to my inventory needs. The discounts are automatically added in the cart and they also work in the Shopify POS. Any issues I have run into setting up rules or offers, the help chat in the app has been very helpful. The staff on the chat in the app, especially Tracy, is knowledgeable and fixed the issues and got everything working as it should be. Would definitely ecommend!
