It seems very versatile and usefull, but not easy to use, and I got into quite a few complications getting it all set up the way I intended. Eventually we go there - I think.

Honestly, this app is great. Quick and easy setup. Love that I am able to use custom CSS as well. And the 24/7 live chat... I mean... Nowadays it's all bots and AI. But not here, nope, if there's an issue, a human helps you quickly! @ Hana: Thanks so much for quickly helping us and being sooo nice and friendly! You are really amazing.

Great app with both CSS and developer customisation embed in the app and not in the theme code. Their development team are really on hand to assist you with whatever changes you require outside the 'normal' functionality.

Hi all, so all in all, great support & great app. The app needed some dev work to perfectly fit our theme, and the customer support was fantastic: as soon as we explained the issues coming from our theme (not the app) they were able to work on it immediately and fixed everything for us. Our website now does what we want it to do perfectly thanks to the team behind Pareto. We had downloaded similar apps but none did as well in terms of customer support and functionality. Recommend 100%.
