Bold QuickBooks Sync Pro

I'm using the app to export my orders from Shopify to QuickBooks, and I definitely recommend it! It is super easy to install and use, and it saves me a ton of time. The support (which is critical for me) is fantastic and quick, and they also notify you if there is an error in the export - I just wish the error message would have come in a separate email with a distinguished title like "error" or something like that.

Easy to use. When I had an issue, I did support chat and it was very efficient. Rony was great and suped up our app, fixed the issue, and pre-emptively took care of errors I wasn't even asking about. Thank you Rony! Kaiser was great as well!

I had an issue with our orders importing and within a day Rony had it all sorted. The customer service was next level and I would highly, highly recommend the Quickbooks app to anyone. It makes everything so much easier!

Honesty, I could not run my business without BOLD's QBO app! Please help yourself and get this to seamlessly do your own books! Nikhil was amazing with a quick fix on a known Shopify bug. Jericho was great. He worked with me over a couple of days trying to sort out the problem I was having trying to get sales exported from Shopify to QB online, one incorrectly entered sales receipt kept causing an error and cancelling the export. He was totally patient with me and finally came up with a quick fix and I am now back up to date. Caroline

Their customer service is great. Especially in the chat feature located on their website. Rony and Chintan were extremely helpful.

Overall a nice tool. There are a few annoying holes in this app, though, such as not accounting for gift cards (not purchased gift cards, but rather issued gift cards), not ignoring cancelled sales transactions ( this is a big problem that constantly throws off our inventory counts in QBO). It also literally takes about an hour (I am not exaggerating) to load the mappings in the app. Lastly, this app / integration does NOT account for bundles. If you sell bundles you're out of luck; you will need to enter the bundle transactions manually. Overall, I feel like the software is not very robust and it lacks transparency in terms of account mappings. After 18 months of use, I am actively looking for a better alternative.

Ankur and Jericho were able to solve a problem that I’ve been having for months now. It’s taken me hours with other quickbooks reps. They crushed it in 30 minutes.

I will put 4 stars instead of 5 as my initial query was not even taken into consideration by a member of their staff. However after having insisted, Samuel L was so kind to call me within 24 hours and did everything to sort my problem out very shortly. Thank you again Samuel. The app is great otherwise!

We use this app to send our sales receipts from Shopify to QBO. It works flawlessly most of the time. Unfortunately, once every few months we have a tax entity problem. This causes all our Shopify sales to no longer export to QBO. To resolve it I contact Bold who tells me "everything is working now", I then have to INSIST I will not get off of chat until they fix it. After several minutes of discussion they realize I am not leaving and my problem gets elevated and then fixed. The help person can not tell me what happened or how it was fixed so the next time I contact Bold it's Groundhog Day all over again. This several hour process has happened six times, if there was another way to export Shopify to QBO, I would try it. Our business is too big to be at the mercy of this weak link. My only alternative is to leave QBO.

Malheureusement il y a un bug avec les codes promos. Lors que le client entre un code lui offrant la livraison gratuite l'importation de ce reçu de vente comporte une erreur de taxe. Et personne chez Bold n'est en mesure de trouver la solution (après un mois je me rends à l'évidence et je vais chercher une nouvelle application) Unfortunately there is a bug with the promo codes. When the customer enters a code offering free shipping, the importation of this sales receipt contains a tax error. It's a huge problem that throws all my accounts off balance! And no one at Bold is able to find the solution (after a month I realize that I am going to look for a new application)

The auto sync and manual mapping are HUGE improvements over old QB/Shopify sync apps. When things didn’t work for me Jericho from customer service walked me through a brief troubleshooting process. Cheers to BOLD for developing such a top notch functional free app.

I'm using this app across two separate shops, and so far it is working well. The customer service is excellent. I have two pain points left: 1. Synching a single QB account with two Shopify stores 2. Matching SKUs for 'bundle' type products Still, for a small business like mine, this app is great, as it helps me to automate the process from order in Shopify to a printed sales receipt through QB and Google. Quickbooks Sync by Bold has been very good - saving a ton of time. I had a sync issue for all orders for NJ for a couple of days now so I reached out to Bold Commerce Support. Nirav and his colleague, Brysen quickly fixed it for me; it took all but less than 5 minutes. Excellent support. I'd recommend this app.

Our orders stopped syncing between Shopify and QBO. QBO told me to talk to Shopify. Shopify told me to talk to Bold. Navir @ Bold gave me a simple fix and it was up and running in a second. Thank you Navir for helping me when no one else could.
