Worst setup and app ever. DOesn't work and is full of bugs. It wouldn't bring in any other history besides order. Which alone is of no use.

very, very poor experience. NO SUPPORT - every support agent will just tell you to go to either shopify or quickbooks, depending on who the other party is. on QB side, creates non-posting sales orders that don't affect inventory - so you don't get any support for COGS (and therefore profit) in your accounting system. You can't convert those SOs to invoices, and therefore they serve no purpose - and they also cannot be deleted. all sales and refunds are aggregated into sales receipts, and because they are tied to your shopify payouts, delays the booking of revenue, sometimes by weeks. run, don't walk away from this software...will cost you days/weeks of time to fix

Similar to everyone else who's left a review this app doesn't even work. Quickbooks and Shopify want to use this as a selling point for their platforms without first having tested thing thoroughly. When working with Quickbooks technical support they tell you you have to call Shopify. I'm sure when I do that I'll have them telling me I need to work with Quickbooks. I LITERALLY purchased Quickbooks because of this integration and it doesn't even work.
Thank you for providing the feedback, we are reaching out now to gather more information and ensure everything is working as expected.

so bad, been trying to connect for 10 hours. It's deceptive, it's actually another 3rd party called One Saas, and they can't help at all. They blame Shopify and QBo. QBO blames Shopify and Shopify blames QBO. A mess. why does Shopify and QBO advertise their connector app under their own names? "Connect to Quickbooks from Shopify." "Connect to Shopify from Quickbooks" I am just building their Ai question and trouble shooting guide - wow don't bother, it sucks
Thank you for providing the feedback, we are following up directly to understand more about the connection issue faced. Please note, the app is developed internally by the QuickBooks (intuit) team.

This app doesn't work. Our data keeps getting duplicated and creates a huge mess we have to manually fix. Intuit is also doing sketchy things by importing 5 star reviews on their app store to try and cover up the mess. One week ago, it had about 2 stars on their app store with a few hundred reviews, similar to here. Two weeks later it has 4.9 stars with thousands of fake AI reviews. Super disingenuous. Intuit, fix your app!
Thank you for providing the feedback, we are reaching out directly to ensure we clean up any data issues. We would also like to know more about the app reviews, we do not solicit or alter any app store reviews. This app is messy, only occasionally brought in data and I was never able to implement it in any way close to useful. There is no support and none of the needed updates are being made.
Thank you for the review. Please ensure you go to Transactions tab > App Transactions > For Review and add / match the transactions. Alternatively you can turn on "Auto-add" to automatically add all transactions to QuickBooks, this setting can be found on in the Commerce tab > Overview under the channel connection card. If you continue to have issues please reach out to [email protected] and our support team will be happy to assist you further.

Completely broken. Can not connect. QuickBooks support is useless. The reply below tells me to contact QuickBooks support. I already have. They told me that that the Shopify integration has been broken for months and I should not expect it to be fixed.
Please email our dedicated support team at [email protected] and we will be sure to assist further.

Shopify has sent me information that this app has not been updated for some time. It is no longer importing our store information to quickbooks online as it was once doing. My book Keeper said it was duplicating our sale and not matching up with how it is reported to our bank.
We have resolved the issue causing the app to be flagged as "unsupported". To avoid any duplicate entries with the bank feed please ensure you add transactions from the App Transaction tab and then "Match" with the bank deposits in the bank feed. If you continue to have issues please reach out to [email protected] and our support team will be happy to assist you further.

this does not pull in sales receipts with product info. So if you track inventory in quickbooks, it will not reduce your inventory when you sell an item. Unfortunately I disconnected the old version from OneSaas and now I am not able to reconnect OneSaas. What a disaster!

This is crap...I was happily paying a subscription fee for the previous version. This one has completely screwed all of my reporting.
Thank you for the review, could you help us understand what app you previously were using? Please ensure you go to Transactions tab > App Transactions > For Review and add / match the transactions. It appears many of your transactions have not been added to QuickBooks yet. If you continue to have issues please reach out to [email protected] and our support team will be happy to assist you further.

BEWARE!! dont connect it to your store. Its impossible to disconnect even when calling quickbooks and following all the steps. Save yourself from an accounting mess, it double records transactions.

It does not pull in orders that are not from the "Online Store" sales channel. This channel selection is not available as part of the configuration. I even upgraded my QBO account thinking I needed to add another sales channel (a term used in both systems, but mean different things). Since it does not pull in all my sales, it's useless.

This is an entirely useless "connector." It doesn't connect any useful information. It doesn't bring the items sold over in a way that shows up in quickbooks reporting nor does it bring customer information over.

Why do 3rd party companies have better solutions? This is an embarrassing integration, totally unfinished and inadequate.

Doesn't bring in transactions from POS, and anything with net terms is also missing. Does not record the SKUs sold, it lists every sale as "shopify sales item". I'm paying for the most expensive QBO to track inventory, what a waste of time.

There are too many problems with this app to list. The three huge ones I've discovered so far are: 1) no app transactions other than credit card transactions are transferred. So no cash, checks, gift certificate, gift card, etc. 2) Although sales tax expenses are captured in the (credit card) transactions, they are not mapped correctly, so if I go to the Sales Tax page, it shows that zero sales tax is due, along with a long list of "Overdue" sales tax bills for $0, and there is no clear way to resolve this. 3)No inventory sync. Enough said. The biggest problem though, is that there is nobody on the support team who knows more than any Shopify user about how to resolve these issues. I've spent hours on the phone with a QBO "expert" who was reading from the same online articles that I am more than capable of finding and reading. That's far less than I expect of an app that I would pay (way too much) for, if I was planning on continuing. I've invested weeks in this and I'm about to end my trial subscription. Complete waste of my time, as well as that of the QBO certified bookkeeper I hired to help with this transition.

What a waste , it's bring skues in from shopify ( maybe 10% of the total skues) , however it's being set as none inventory , dose not bring cost (only few came with cost) it have all the filds , however it's not being mapped correctly, and qb support stating the app do not support sku import , instead of just doing a decent integration, they just left it as unfinished , very horrible , they just lost my account for qb online, went back to qb desktop

It needs new features to create Sales Invoices and also be able to add Shopify POS, it still needs a lot to go

THIS SUCKS!! Check and Cash transactions aren't transferred over for deposits. Quickbooks has a Shopify app that only supports e-commerce selling and I thought that surely Shopify would have a solution because we use Shopify for our POS and our online store. NOPE!!! On my own again and I’ve invested all this time and money into setting up QB Online and making sure that all my platforms (Shopify, eBay and Etsy) are integrated which it comes at a cost of another app. just to have these integrated. Plus an additional app (Better Reports) that costs more money so I can get any type of report that isn’t the basic useless information for financials that is generated in Shopify analytics. But I still have to enter each and every cash and check sale as a manual entry. How can this seem fair to us as Shopify sellers? Why don’t you provide adequate information or the ability to do bookkeeping. This is a huge problem. Especially for all the businesses that switched from QB POS to Shopify. Any sale made in Shopify should be able to be imported into QB, not just the sales that a customer uses a credit card to pay with. Not every seller is just an e-commerce seller, you offer retail POS system, it seems to me that you would offer the basic functionality of importing this information into one any of the major bookkeeping programs. WHAT ARE WE SUPPOSED TO DO? Oh wait,I know the answer to that… You understand my frustration and.you’ll be happy to mention it to the developers for them to consider. I’ve been told that more times than I have hairs in my head from Shopify’s support.
