We highly recommend Reamaze especially for the feature set and outstanding customer support. We've used them for about a year or so now and can happily recommend them to anyone and our clients. Get to know the features and learn how to use them effectively to get the most bang out of your buck!

We tested Reamaze for a month before we launched our site. It's the best helpdesk software out there. Easy integration and FANTASTIC customer service. They've been available 24/7 to help me with any small (or big) changes. The Chatbot has decreased the time our Customer Service team has had to spend answering emails. The integrations are great. The interface is great. Can't say enough about the product and the team.

Amazing software that can automate away many tasks very easily due to their in depth link with Shopify & simple Bot / Workflow builder. We suspect the bot/workflow builder will save us a great deal of time as it can reply to customers without loosing that personal touch as it can link in real Shopify customer / order data. There is no longer any need for our customer service staff to look in Shopify for order details/to action refund/returns/create orders/etc. as it can all be done from Re:amaze, which will save a great deal of time. Their support has been amazing. We've requested some extra features with there Shopify integration and it was implemented/researched within 24 hours... can't get any better than that! We've tried many help desks, none are a patch on Re:amaze and it is at a good price point. Very happy customer

the folks over at re-amaze and have changed the game... as multi channel commerce grows so does communication and they are literally the best tool for all channels and they have a mobile app.

Previously, we've used Freshdesk and Zendesk. We switched to Re:Amaze 6 months ago and couldn't be happier. The integration and flow from various channels like email, live chat, and social media is very tight and seamless. Our team is able to tackle 50% more live chat and email "tickets" compared to our previous help desk systems.

The cost of Re:amaze is a bargain for what they offer. Chat, help desk, built in knowledge base – it truly is an all-in-one solution. It is very user friendly and easy to customize. The intents and workflows have improved our customer service automation and the integration with Shopify is flawless. Their support team is responsive and knowledgeable and was quick to resolve the few issues we encountered. We are very happy with our experience with Re:amaze!

After trying for 1 month, very disappointed that we cannot send our message via Reamaze when customers is not online in facebook messenger. And integration of Whatsapp business via Twillio is not as smooth as I thought, we cannot use our existing whatsapp business number which I find it absurd, other apps allow to use existing number but not with Twillio

Hello there! We're happy to help you with these concerns but we're unable to locate a Re:amaze account under Bedding Affairs. Can you please reach out to our team via email or through your Re:amaze account so we can help address some of the concerns? Regarding the concern about Facebook Messenger, messages can be sent to users on Facebook regardless if they are online or offline, unless the user has set their permissions to prevent that, or if Facebook's 24-hour rule regarding sending a message to a user who hasn't contacted your page recently. These are issues outside of our control and apply to all third party apps. Whatsapp is currently owned by Facebook and access and their API is not open to all developers unfortunately. The short term solution is to offer this integration through our partner, Twilio. We understand that this isn't ideal and we're working diligently to offer a better Whatsapp integration.

This is the best CRM we have ever used and we tried many. From Gorgias to Zendesk and others. It saves us a huge amount of time every day with their workflows, intents and easily customizable response templates. The number of merged data tags that can be pulled from Shopify and the degree of customization is insane! Their support is incredibly helpful too. We will stay loyal forever!

Reamaze works great a customer service platform, it has tons of features, a variety of very useful tools, and a great customer service team (who probably use their own platform I imagine). Their pricing is competitive and they've helped us out many, many times. The only thing I can say that is a drawback for them is their reporting, which doesn't give certain stats on an individual level (like first response time). Other than this, its been an intuitive, straight-forward, and useful service. Performance per dollar, I choose reamaze every time.

Amazing App, Amazing Staff, some app developers are just there for the money and Some will go out of their way just to make their customers feel their best. And this is what Reamaze is about. I can't talk enough about how amazing this app is, the best chat app I have ever used and I have tried a lot. The support team is amazingly friendly and helpful. Marvin You Rock, Thank you for everything, I will never change this app for anything.

This app is fantastic. it has almost completely automated our online customer service. It puts everything in one place, SMS, Email, Social Etc... You can make the bots do almost anything on their own, answering questions from customers. We rarely have to interact with customers, as most questions are answered automatically. Customer support is fantastic. I asked them a question at 4 PM yesterday and the problem was fixed by 5:30. I highly recommend these guys.
