Such a powerful app, and relatively easy to install and configure. While they do have great documentation for how to install yourself, their merchant success team goes above and beyond. Special thanks to Rich and the Rebuy development team for doing the heavy lifting on what I couldn't do myself! The support really is unmatched, I am removing other upsell apps on my stores because Rebuy does it all and they help you every step of the way!

I was a little nervous at first about paying their price but I love Rebuy. They've totally increased my AOV. I'm not sure about the other reps but Max is my go to guy. He just doesn't set the app up then leave you in the dust. We have regular meeting on implementing new strategies and he's very knowledgable about his craft. This is definitely one of those things where you get what you pay for :) Thank you!!

We recently started using ReBuy and have liked the results, but our merchant success manager is why we now LOVE it. Rich Matukaitis (our MS manager) has helped us optimize our ReBuy functions on our site to drive more revenue. Met Richard Matukaitis, a Merchant Success Manager while traveling and once he heard I have a Shopify store he was adamant I give Rebuy a try. He was super knowledgeable about maximizing AOV and CLV and felt I was in good hands. He walked me through the entire process and even helped set up my store to ensure the widgets were firing properly. Safe to say Rebuy has been GAME CHANGING. Customers are adding more items to cart and AOV has gone up significantly. Easy to use interface and super customizable. Thank you Richard and thank you Rebuy

This app is amazing, but also the team behind it always goes above and beyond to make everything run smoothly. We have requested so many edits on our widgets, and they have gladly made them all. Definitely would recommend it to increase the AOV with all the different widgets. Tip: get the package that includes customization! amazing!

Rebuy has been an absolute game-changer for our Shopify store. We saw a lift in AOV from day one of installing it, and we continue to find ways to get the right products in front of the right people. There are still features I'm discovering new uses for every day. Our success manager, Max Strummer, has been incredibly helpful in getting us to a point where we're consistently seeing a 15-20% increase in AOV, not to mention increased overall conversions. We've even hooked up Rebuy product recommendations to our customer shipping notifications. It's a fantastic platform.
