A+ app. and the premiere choice for upselling. There are plenty of other competitors in this space, but the hands-on help we get from our CSM, Janet, is what differentiates Rebuy from the crowd. She's gone above and beyond on several occasions. Truthfully, without her we probably would have went with a competitor.

Terrific App. That said-- I don't think app is an appropriate definition for ReBuy; they are a must-have for any committed E-comm brand looking to scale.

ReBuy has helped us gain 30% incremental revenue in the last three months! The app is easy to use and has a great variety of options for customizing the customer experience. Rich M. has done an phenomenal job onboarding us and ensuring we are maximizing our data source opportunities to put the right products in front of customers are the right time. If you sell 3 or more skus on your Shopify store and you don't have Rebuy installed you are leaving money on the table. By far the highest opportunity cost to ROI ratio you will find. It's the gift that keeps on giving. The interface elevates the customer experience and the higher AOVs are the icing on the cake. If your goal is to improve the look and feel of your site and increase revenue, REBUY is must. Congrats to John and Aaron, you've got a customer for life!

Rebuy is a great app. That's the best & most straightforward way to implement AI in your website + all the upsell/cross-sell you want. They also do a post-purchase page which is amazing. Special mention to Jeffrey, who helped me figure out my needs and showed me how to implement them for my website.

I joined my current business without experience in Rebuy, but having used them for a year and setting extremely competitive targets for the Rebuy team, they have exceeded all expectations. Janet, Aaron and the rest of the team have been instrumental in increasing our revenue from rebuy from a high 3-figure sum to a healthy sum in the tens of thousands. They are now considered a 'crucial' app in our e-commerce stack, even on our headless sites. Every time we've given feedback, suggestions or bugs, the team has been extremely responsive. I'm looking forward to using them even more in the future.

Rebuy is a great app. It has allowed us to customize our checkout, cart and post purchase pages. They have a really good team dedicated to helping us use the application to grow our revenue. I would recommend this to any serious ecommerce DTC business.

Rich from support, the man! Customer service is quick to respond, which is great. We had some shenanigans with originally getting set up because of some pricing confusion, but happy that we were able to onboard ultimately, bc they're support team is A+

We launched ReBuy just before the BFCM week as we constantly wanted to add more personalization and campaigns to increase our AOV. What happened after the launch was just awesome; we are seeing increased AOV and their SmartCart is a game changer. If you use Shopify, then adding Rebuy is a must. You don't just increase the revenue but also save a lot of dev time. Further, want to give a big shoutout to Janet & the entire team for always being helpful.
