Extremely powerful app for boosting your AOV with a multitude of features. It's a real "all in one" solution that replaced many of our existing apps. The support is also absolutely incredible... probably the best support experience I've ever witnessed in fact! Shout out especially to Jeffrey for all the customisation help - he really goes the extra mile to help you get you up and running as smoothly as possible. Super impressive app and an outstanding team, you won't be disappointed...

Aiman Alamdy is an absolute beast! Most reps will just respond to an inquiry with a ton of links with robust documentation on how the user needs to make the change. Aiman was able to get into the code over a Zoom call and help us from start to finish to set up our upsells and ensure they were firing. He cares about customers and is willing to go above and beyond to ensure they are taken care of.

Rebuy is such a game-changing app! There is so much value added once we integrated this on our website and it was such a light lift to integrate all the widgets we wanted. The onboarding went very smoothly and Rich, our Success Manager, has been a great asset to the support team!

Great App, great support team! They have been able to answer any questions and if not will do everything they can to resolve the issue or dilemma. The app is worth the monthly payment as long as you fully take advantage of the features.

This app is a game changer for my supplement brand! Before Rebuy I had to manage 3+ apps just to accomplish everything I wanted to do, and none of theme delivered the results expected or were as easy to use as Rebuy. Support is A+ too. Tom and his entire team were able to help me with a theme issue quickly and efficiently. As a small business owner who builds and does everything himself, I couldn't ask for a better app.

An extremely valuable app. We are still under utilizing it realistically but it is still earnings its weight in gold. Shout out to Ian from Rebuy on stellar support during our launch and after. The whole team behind Rebuy is quite excellent and support is stellar.

I've just started optimizing my journeys with Rebuy, which has been a great experience. The functionality and capabilities of this app are well thought out and allow me to condense a lot of my workflow into one app. The support team and onboarding team is the highlight of this review. Dante was informative and highly knowledgeable. Jeffrey, through the chat app, took care of some fixes promptly. I highly recommend adding Rebuy to your arsenal.

The app is very intuitive and makes running campaigns quite easy. Matt and Suki are always amazing when troubleshooting all our questions and helping us leverage the platform to boost our AOV! I'm committed. All in. I want to become a ReBuy Power (User) Ranger. After two days of figuring out the tool myself (it's pretty intuitive, and they've got great resources), I hopped on a call with Suki, and for 30 minutes, we plowed through the remaining features, setting up revenue drivers and testing out the tech with ease. MORPHIN TIME! We're set up and rolling. I've loved every interaction with their team and am waiting for that power ranger status here soon. Thanks Rebuy!

Great product overall and will more than pay for itself in incremental revenue growth, which is what it promises to do so for that reason, I'm giving it 5 stars. There's some room for improvement on the tech support side, and I think there's an opportunity to build out more functionality based on user shopping behavior to trigger pop-up offers on-site. Overall, we're very happy with it though, and seeing a huge return. I would recommend using the algorithm to drive product recos rather than manually building recos, as the algorithm is much more efficient. Shout-out to our rep Ian who got us going. This is certainly an app every Shopify site should have, and the integration makes things easy.

Rebuy has been AMAZING. Our AOV over BFCM was over 30% higher in 2022 than 2021, and we think a lot of that is attributed to the Smart Cart Widget and Post Purchase Upsell Widget (easy implementations and wins). in addition, their customer support especially Strauss and Dylan, have been incredibly helpful and quick to solve our unique needs. Rebuy for the win!
