Rebuy Personalization Engine

We have only been using Rebuy for a few weeks now, and I cannot speak more highly of the program and of the support team. The basic implementation of Rebuy was simple and made even easier by our AWESOME success manger, Janet. With her help, we have already seen a sizable lift in AOV in just this short time. In addition to this, we first started using Rebuy during Black Friday… and during Thanksgiving dinner, I gave thanks to Janet for saving Black Friday. Due to the complexity of our store’s BFCM deals, Rebuy lacked some technical features needed to run said deals. Rather than taking that at face value, Janet worked with me up until Thanksgiving Dinner (literally) coming up with work arounds and solutions. I am THRILLED to say that thanks to Janet (and her lead Aaron!), we were able to get the all BFCM elements up and running, which led to our business having its biggest sales day in history. I cannot speak more highly of Janet’s her patience, deep understanding of Rebuy, and willingness to go above and beyond. And, Rebuy has been great :)

We use this application mainly for the lovely cart. We have had several promotions where we were unsure how to implement them in our cart, but Diana was so lovely and helped us many times achieving our perfect look. Really quick, easy, user-friendly and above all, amazing customer service!!! Really recommend this application!

We implemented Rebuy quickly and easily with the help of Ian and the rest of the team. We implemented the day before black friday and Rebuy helped us reach out sales targets for the holiday! There is so much you can do with this app, looking forward to utilizing all its capabilities... update after 9 months of use, we LOVE this product and they are always adding features. The consultants are top notch and are always responsive and willing to hop on a call and implement solutions realtime if needed. Great company, great product, great team.

Awesome app that helps you create really specific and custom promos and upsells. Great for testing new things in a quick way. Super customizable as well. Not to mention, their customer service rocks!

Amazing app and even better support. We have added a ton of revenue immediately once we properly set it up. It takes a little while to learn all of the features but it is very much worth the price. Isaac was a great help and got all of my small issues fixed. Thanks Rebuy team!

I downloaded this app and wasn't 100% sure how to use it, Nick from the support team was such a help! He jumped on a call me with straight away and had my issue fixed within 10 minutes. I felt so supported!

I am just in the trial period with this app as we needed a pop-up for our store that offered stocking stuffer options! So far I have had incredible help from Rich, who has taken tons of time this week to get our last-minute requests up and running quickly! Very impressed so far. And there are many other featured I am excited to learn more about.

Great slide out cart, tons of features! The Free Shipping countdown is a must. We love the ability to suggest complimentary products directly in the cart. Customer service is phenomenal!

At Ouh La La we couldn't find an App to managed a complicated related product issue. Were recommended Rebuy and after a couple of false stars the Rebuy team reached out and resolved the problem, First class service and fingers crossed will drive significant sales.

Rebuy is a game changer!! We were recommended to check them out from two separate sources. I only knew a fraction about what it did before, but once I spoke with Ian (from Rebuy) I realized that it would help us accomplish things that we've been trying to do for months (such as special sku/offer unlocks at specific cart sizes). Ian literally helped me strategize different upsells within minutes that will boost AOV, and helped me get up and running fast. Thank you Ian and Rebuy!

Nous avons installé Rebuy avec pour objectif d'augmenter notre panier moyen notamment en utilisant le "Smart Cart" et les fonctionnalités d'upsell/cross-sell dans le panier, et pour sa compatibilité avec Recharge Payments. L'intégration se fait très facilement et nous avons pu augmenter notre panier de 10%, l'application offre beaucoup d'autres fonctionnalités que nous allons implémenter très bientôt également !

Rebuy is a powerful app. I wish you could schedule language changes within the widgets to reflect promos but overall this is a HUGE upgrade compared to our native shopping cart and our last Gift with Purchase app. Rebuy's customer service and success managers go above and beyond with quick reply times. I highly recommend Rebuy.

We signed a launch contract on 15th September and expected to go live with a solution 2 weeks later. It's now 60 days later and our job is moving at a glacial pace. Communication is poor with our launch manager and is made worse by the time difference with the EU. Update 17th Nov 2022 - The ReBuy team worked though our issues and helped get us live today. Based on today's help and quick response to my negative review I'm happy to update my feedback from 1/5 stars to 5/5 stars.

I’ve been using this app for for several months now, but I reached out to Rebuy to get it setup properly. I’m so glad I did. My AOV has increased by 6% in the last 2 weeks. Aaron in particular has been incredible in helping me to get everything set up properly. I’m very glad to use this app.
