We are revising my previous rating to reflect a significant turnaround in our experience with Rebuy. Following our initial feedback, Cole and Diana reached out to facilitate a call where we could openly discuss the technical and account-related hurdles we were facing. The technical issues were addressed directly by Lam, who provided the level of responsiveness and expertise we were looking for. Additionally, Cole and Diana were incredibly understanding regarding our account concerns and took the steps necessary to ensure the platform provides the clear value required for our business. It is rare to see a team take such proactive ownership of a customer’s experience. Because of their transparency and the technical resolutions provided, We've have decided to maintain our store’s partnership with Rebuy. We appreciate the team for stepping up and proving they are committed to supporting their users.

I've been using Rebuy for at least a year now, and I can't say enough about it. It has definitely made a difference for my bottom line, and their activation team and tech team have been incredibly helpful with everytime I want to run a promo or install a new widget. Highly highly recommend!

Very powerful app, support is quite good however customizaiton is limited. use AI or a developer friend to customize further to match your theme. Data sources and recommendaton widgets are amazing. Smart cart is GOLD

Fantastic! We increased sales using multiple functions of this app! They have great customer support and to be honest, the AI Agent is actually really good to help customize some of the functions! The team is always happy to jump on a call too! Last thing: the price is very affordable, especially for smaller business looking to test or try it for a while! It adds a lot of value for our brand! Great experience so far. Onboarding process was smooth and I got our shop set up exactly how I wanted with Anna! Was able to get a new sticky cart to replace our other app that did that, a new bundle offer on the product page to replace another app, add upsells along the way, and post-purchase offers to replace a third app, so this app covered a range of things that we already did, as well as added some other offers that we've seen increase our AOV and overall customer experience! My experience with the activation specialist, Joseph, was amazing. He was so knowledgable and helped me create a great experience on my store.

This is a seriously comprehensive product with exceptional support! There's a lot to it and for a while I felt a little overwhelmed. But we'd implemented a very basic setup (when I say "we", they did most of it for me - I got on an activation call, had no idea what I was doing, so they set up a cart to get us started). That alone gave us a return of 3x the cost and I didn't really do anything! Recently I decided to look at what else it could do - there's a LOT! Realised we didn't need to be also paying for a bundling app, so got rid of that to save some money and move it to Rebuy, and watched one of their Office Hours videos for inspiration. It's so helpful to see them show you what's working on other websites and I could instantly see where we could improve. Got to work on it, got stuck... it was the weekend. Contacted them, got a reply on the Sunday! Set up a call the next day and Joseph fixed what I'd got wrong, made sure it worked properly with my custom theme, answered my questions really clearly, showed me some other stuff and completely helped jump-start our progress! Even with a very basic setup, Rebuy has proven that it delivers more than it costs. With what I've just learned from Joshua, it has the potential to do way more. The app is worth every penny. The support is gold dust!

Dan was our support person. We were cutting over to a new website and needed extra hand holding to make sure our shopping cart was properly working with one of our other subscription apps. Dan stayed with us the whole way through helping us fix and adjust all kinds of small issues. BIG shout out to Dan and the team at Rebuy.

We haven't started using all of Rebuy's features yet but so far the results are very positive and promising. The one thing I'd say is that I was expecting it to be simpler to use - it's taken us quite a long time to wrap our head around it and every feature is different. However we have received excellent support from our success manager Dante which has allowed us to execute all our plans and ideas.

Have worked with Rebuy at various companies since their inception. Ever since working with our CSM, Kelsey Kent, our business has taken off. She is a true rock star & I couldn't recommend her enough! Good CSMs make a good tool GREAT.

The custom designs they created fit our brand perfectly, and the setup process was smooth.
