Best app we've added to our site. Initially downloaded to try GWP and ended up replacing an Up-Sell/Cross-Sell app. The interface is VERY easy to use and doesn't have the frustrating limitations we ran into with the other app. The customer service team and knowledge is unparalleled. The speed and accuracy of their team is impressive.

Love this app! We recently added Rebuy to their store and their customer service team was amazing. We asked for a custom widget on our cart preview and Dylan built it for us in less than 24 hours. Highly recommend Rebuy!

Best upsell/cross sell app I have used. I've had trouble finding lightweight and properly built upsell apps to use. ReBuy has built a very clean solution that is way more customizable than I expected. We're able to modify the look of each component and the functionality. Additionally, their support team is great. They are very helpful and know more than cookie cutter responses --- they actually get their hands dirty and help you integrate into their tool. I'm grateful that someone has built this solution correctly, finally.

First off, this app is advanced stuff. The flexibility is unreal, and one of if not the best upsell app out there. But even better is the degree the support team Dylan and the rest will go to to customize and work their magic so that everything fits your brand and styling properly. Amazing company, amazing app, and we already see incredible results.

Rebuy is already making extra revenue for my store the first day I installed it. Straight forward to get up and running. UPDATE: This was supposed to be a 5 star review not 4... my mistake!

A fantastic app, easy to set up and start generating additional revenue with incremental upsells. Also, when I had a couple of issues, they are super easy to deal with and resolved it within minutes! - Ellie

We were recommended this app by our Client Experience Rep at ReCharge. We have been on Rebuy for 8 Days and we have already realized enough return in - in funnel purchases to justify bringing on ReBuy. There is more automation that we have yet to turn on that deals with Churn and other in funnel flows. John, James and Dylan (and the whole ReBuy Team) have been ultra responsive and fun to work with. Bunch of apps on Shopify but there are a handful that are must haves for certain business models - ReBuy is certainly on of these applications!

Hands down the best app and BEST SUPPORT TEAM I have ever encountered in Shopify (or probably anywhere else). These guys proved their worth 10x in the first week of having the app. That perfect 5.0 star rating you see is no joke. They hustle for that rating and it is SO appreciate. Now back to shipping all the extra sales they have got me today.... busy times!

Great app for adding an upsell widget to your store. We've tested a couple and none were as clean or customizable as this one. The Recharge subscription integration is a huge plus, not a lot of other upsell apps have this. Huge shoutout to the customer service team and developers. We had a fix request, messaged customer service, and the fix was deployed in less than half an hour. That kind of turnaround speed is unheard of! These guys really care about their product and it shows! A+++

I was referred to ReBuy when looking for an app that would allow us to do in-cart add-on's. I got that and SO much more with ReBuy! I'm really excited by all the cross-sell, up-sell, and "bundle" options that ReBuy enables, and appreciate how helpful and hands-on their team has been with getting us set up perfectly. Would definitely recommend this to anyone with an ecomm store!

I cannot say enough about the customer service. The team inside the slack channel are by far the most responsive I've worked with. We use this app for in cart & in checkout upsells, it is fast, easy and most importantly customizable. Add this app if you like money.

I had been looking for an intelligent upsell/cross-sell solution that would still allow for customization and fit the nuances of our product offering. Rebuy came highly recommended from other Shopify+ store owners I know. Support from the dev team is without comparison. These guys are responsive and intelligent. They have gone above and beyond to understand our needs, customize a solution, and help us utilize the recommendations in ways that immediately had a positive impact on our bottom line. The take-rate on our upsells is incredible, and we've just started tapping into the potential of the app. I can't wait to see where these guys go from here. I know they're constantly improving and rolling out new features based on real-world customer feedback. I'd give 10 stars if possible.

You definitely get the white-glove service working with Rebuy! Our team is always skeptical about working with another Shopify app/partner but we have been absolutely blown away by not only the capabilities Rebuy has to offer but also the level of support. Because of Rebuy, we are now able to offer one-time add ons on our ReCharge checkout and have seen an insane adoption rate. There's never a shortage of new features the team has up their sleeve. They constantly keep us on our toes and have us thinking of new ways to optimize our subscription model. Great app! We use Rebuy for product recommendations in the PDP and checkout. Awesome way to get exposure and movement on some of our less-known products, and increase AOV. Highly recommended!
