Incredible customer service. They had us up and making money from this app within 15 minutes. Looks great out of the box. Excited to see the difference this makes and how what future features are rolled out with such an agile team.

What's the quickest way to add AOV and revenue? This app! John and the Rebuy team is there all the way from installation to launch to optimizing different cross-sell widgets throughout the site. My favorite so far is the Recharge subscription checkout integration. I also like how they track cross-sell sales by updating the line item product properties so you can create custom reports later on. They also have a great slack community with liked mind e-commerce individuals that are constantly giving great feedback and feature requests. We just started our trial and it's been such a great experience working with the Rebuy team (shoutout to Dylan for helping us get set up!). Apps rarely have good support, and Rebuy nails this with their Slack channel. The beauty of Rebuy is they will customize their various tools to match your store, so it doesn't feel off brand. And they're super flexible and open to ideas, which is awesome!

The Rebuy team is amazing and the Rebuy app has been a great revenue driver for Kopari. Postive ROI since launch - the automated order follow up emails have been huge. Excited to launch checkout cross-sells!

Absolutely fantastic app. The support is phenomenal. I've had over 430 cross sell conversions within 2 days of going live, which really helps for ad strategy. Definitely ask them to mimic the Pura Vida layout. It looks great and is crazy effective. Thanks guys. Great idea to have a slack channel for quick support chats.

The app is great and very flexible. The team behind is a huge help every time we need some quick modification or changes in the front end or backend. They are super fast in reply which is one of the best things about this team, so you can always rely on them for any changes or updates you might need.

I used this app for my recommended product blocks https://benicci.com/products/detailed-paint-brush-set-of-15 It works fine. When I faced a difficulty due to my youtube embed code on product gallery I pinged rebuy support.. they helped me immidiatly. Superb! I really recommend it :-)

We're using this app to help us with three different upsells/cross-sells on our site. I'm beyond happy that I found an app that seems to be able to complete all three! Beyond this, the app is very intuitive, has great analytics, and is easy to set up simple tasks. The best part is that their customer service team rocks! They're willing to help and explain anything. I would 100% recommend this app.

Amazing customer service. Very happy with the team's willingness to help me with my requirements, even if it required new feature development. eg, I needed the recommendations to show my home currency and not USD and it was done literally overnight. Even less urgent issues, which had to do with look-and-feel elements, have been addressed and they ensured it was to my satisfaction. Highly recommended.

We've had a similar experience using Rebuy as Primal Kitchen. Almost everything we do is built around subscriptions so the fact that Rebuy works with this in mind has been great for us. We've been using Rebuy for a little over 7 months now and it's definitely helped boost sales and overall revenue. We use the app to send automated order follow up emails with embedded coupons which we use to incentivize reorders and the smart cross sell tools (customers who bought this also bought) on our product pages and shopping cart. Rebuy works with our subscription app ReCharge which is really nice. Also, the app has stellar in-app reporting using the 30 60 and 90 performance reports so you can see what impact the app is having. For example sales figures, click through rates, average revenue per email, add to carts, product views, etc. Developers have been quick to respond and open to feedback.
