Rebuy is an excellent solution for retailers aiming to provide a professional and branded mini cart. It offers a range of features, including GWPs, samples, upsells, cross-sells, and more. The support team, especially Max and the technical staff, have been prompt and knowledgeable whenever issues or opportunities arise. Although we are still in the early stages of using Rebuy, we are already experiencing significant benefits from this partnership!

Adding rebuy to our site has been a game changer! It has helped increase our sales so much. I would highly recommend this app. We had such a great success working with Rebuy in the past that we have decided to add this app to our other brands. Working with Max Trummer and Suki Abdulla has been such a great experience and I have already learned so much. Great solution and team - highly recommend. I've been working with Rebuy for almost a year now and will continue to do so happily for years to come if they keep doing what they're doing. Our Success Manager, Max, has truly added value to the business. We've seen a stronger return each quarter and a lot of new features that actually work. The app is well integrated in our store and and apps. I'm looking forward to more customizations with our Tapcart mobile apps. If you're already making money this will definitely make you more.

We're big fans of Rebuy. Its one of those rare Shopify apps that simply works great. The more you learn the platform, the more you find ways to improve not just your AOV and CVR, but also your customers' experience on your site. Rebuy's system of data sources as the logical foundation for its various widgets is very powerful without sacrificing user-friendliness. It's truly endless what you can do with Rebuy to increase your overall revenue. The team over there is excellent too -- everyone I've chatted with through their live chat feature has been super helpful. Our merchant success manager Monica brings great ideas and feedback to our meetings and clearly has our continued success in mind. Our onboarding team of Logan and Aiman were great too. There are things I would change about their analytics dashboard and reporting. Revenue is somewhat over-attributed, but not in a way that we're not aware of, and we've simply developed our own dashboard in-house using their CSV exports. Our in-house dashboard shows clear ROI, so we're confident that Rebuy is worth every penny. Highly recommend!

Working with Rebuy for six months now and very satisfied! The cart looks very clear and works well, especially with our shop where there are lots of products in the cart. Rebuy Widgets have also increased our AOV significantly. In addition, we would like to thank the support team (Dante and colleagues) for fully developing a 2nd shopping cart for our B2B shop without charging extra for it! Robin

Amazing platform! Rebuy is a super powerful tool to add to your tech stack and grow your business. Still in the early stages, however onboarding has been smooth. Merchants are paired with support specialists to ensure you make the most of the platform. Katie, has been amazing, any merchant would be lucky to have her! Also worth mentioning, the Rebuy support team is some of the best product support I have ever experienced! Quick to reply, thorough with diagnosing issues and proposing solutions. Highly recommend!

The setup process with Rebuy was smooth and easy! I worked with Suki and she was extremely helpful, attentive, and prompt! Anytime I had a question that seemed easier to explain face to face she'd get a zoom meeting scheduled asap. It made it so easy to understand what was happening and how the setup and implementation process was going. We are loving the ease of use and the upsell features Rebuy offers. Highly recommend!

Very smooth implementation process! Suki, the Launch Manager as well as Monica, the Merchant Success Manager have both been excellent to work with and available to assist with any questions along the process. The app setup has been pretty straight forward and I appreciate the seamless integration that Rebuy has with other platforms like review and subscription apps. Already seeing a return less than a week after launch!
