Rebuy has been a great app although a little confusing as it does so many things for our Shopify store. They've always had great support. Today I spoke with Steven and he guided me exactly where I needed to go. Will for sure recommend this app to people and the support plays a HUGE role in that.

Love that I can use AI to drive merchandising decisions on my site. Support has been top notch whenever I have a question or need custom help. My only feedback would be that the interface and customization can be a bit clunky for a novice. While functionality works perfectly, the aesthetics by default are very basic and require considerable CSS to stylize properly. If Rebuy was to add a GUI or Drag-and-Drop interface to stylize their widgets, this app would be perfect.

I am most impressed with Rebuy's customer service. Getting in touch with a human was relatively easy over chat, and once I did, this person helped me troubleshoot a complicated Gift with Purchase Cart widget. The widget was not displaying in the Smart Cart, and the customer service agent guided me through each step of the process, accepting my screenshots and sending their own. Rebuy has a large learning curve and requires experience and comfort coding. Onboarding is not fast. Access to a real person is greatly appreciated and necessary. Rebuy prioritizes the human experience, even though they also provide AI agents, and this makes adopting Rebuy as your e-commerce upsell app a viable option.

Rebuy is a phenomenal tool for any store needing to unlock a lot of potential with a limited lift. In beginning as a new eCommerce manager assessing your app stack for marketing enablement is always a first order of business. All businesses come down to the dollars and "sense"! I was quickly introduced to Diana I, our account manager, who brought me up to speed super quickly. Between her and a past Shopify contact of mine who is also an account manager for them, Geoff B, both have fielded what I can only describe as borderline manic requests from me as I rapidly realized we needed to migrate to functions foundationally to truly unlock the power of the smart carts...and they've both been there every step of the way. We absolutely love Rebuy and it's value far outweighs it's cost. Don't sleep on this one, folks. Their support is unmatched.

We had such a wonderful launch journey with Ian, Suki, Kelsey and Vinson. Each of them really took the time to listen to our needs and came up with accommodating and innovative solutions. We were really impressed by how intelligent and efficient the rebuy team were. We have only just launched so we will be monitoring the results over the next two months but I have to say, this team has already made it rewarding for us. Thank you for an amazing, launch service!

Max at Rebuy was incredible! He went above and beyond over several days to help me set up my GWP, even when custom coding was needed. Max guided me step by step, shared helpful docs, and recorded a Loom video to make sure everything was done correctly. Awesome service!

We have had Rebuy for about a month and so far, I am happy with adding the app to my stores. The platform is a bit overwhelming at first, but our CSM, Lihuen, has been a huge help in setting up data sources and walking through different functionality and capabilities. We installed the app at the worst possible time (right before BFCM) but the Rebuy team was able to get us up and running in time. We have a couple glitches that need to get worked out, but I'm confident that with the help of Lihuen and the Rebuy team, we will have everything working smoothly soon.
