Rebuy has been a total game-changer for our store! Implementation was incredibly smooth. Once we had everything set up the initial wins started rolling in right from the get-go. The user-friendly design made it so easy to customize without any complicated setup or coding needed. On top of that, their support team is fantastic! I love working with Suki! She's been great at helping me get started with setting up the app, answering my questions and making sure the delivery was executed on time. She was great at explaining what was my next steps, what the integration could do and what were my best options. So far the experience has been very good with Suki! Update! I've been working with Max and he's been helping me tweak and test new offers etc. My revenue has been increasing with his help!

Rebuy is a great app for any Shopify store looking to enhance personalization and drive cart upsells. Lots of flexible options, seamless integrations and conversion drivers. Janet is the best to work with. It's easy to set dynamic merchandising rules and run different AB tests. Definitely recommend!

Great app, great customer service. We had to spend months updating our site before we could even download Rebuy. They were patient and ready when we needed them. And my helper Alison has been awesome! Always there to assist with any question from integration, to set up , to coding. Super grateful to have her helping us every step of the way!

So far the best Upsell App which offers Pre/Post Upsells in a seemless way. I would especially like to mention Steven, who does a great job. Super helpful even with detailed adjustments. 11/10

We have been using Rebuy for a few years. It is an excellent app and the support has been great. We faced an issue recently after upgrading our theme and I'd like to personally thank Katie in the support team for going out of her way to solve this issue for us. She is a credit to the Rebuy team and testament to their commitment to providing excellent support for customers.

Suki and Reza were both a great help in getting our new Smart Cart live and addressed any issues quickly and efficiently. Very easy to work with and great communication. UPDATE: While updating our theme, we were having some issues with our native cart and the Rebuy cart colliding with each other, but Nam & Jessica from Support were extremely helpful in getting this resolved. Thanks again guys!

The app speaks for itself, world-class, but what really makes the difference is the CS. They are unbelievable. Quick response, they know their stuff and they are very willing to go in and make changes to your code to get the outcome desired. As someone who isn't a developer, it is invaluable. They have fixed and improved so many parts of our widgets fr me.
