I have been helped by Toheeb from Wiser support, he helped me in every little detail to get the desired results for my "Recently Viewed" section. I'm very happy with the service at Wiser, and such a great support. I will definitelly keep using this app because of this, and definitelly use more sections. Nice !

Today i have came to know about the Wiser AI - so i have installed this app for my store's Upsells & Cross Sell. Where Toheeb their customer support executive came to support me and help me to install this app and setting up the Upsell widget for my store. I asked him to make some changes and customization and he did it exactly what i have asked for, now i am hopeful that this will help me to bring more sells on my store. Once Again Toheed thank you so much for all your support.

Toheeb is really patient with the instructions he is handing out. He is very polite and knowledgeable. He also reviews the points being given to him to make sure that we are on the same page. He is very thorough in how he makes me understand how things work on the app.

Good app still rough around the edges but the customer service and tech support seems good enough to cover for that i guess.

I really appreciated the help. Was even proactive with making good suggestions. I did have an issue with them answering some of my questions, but they later on answered my question. Overall, great support

Great support from the Wiser team. They were quick to respond and helped resolve the issue efficiently. The widget design now matches our expectations. Overall a smooth experience, just a few minor adjustments were needed.

I’m currently in the process of installing and setting up Wiser for my store, and so far the experience has been great. The app looks very promising and easy to use. I especially want to highlight the support I received from Parachee from the tech team. She was incredibly kind, patient, and effective in guiding me through the setup. She explained everything clearly and made sure I understood everything I needed to know. Really appreciate the excellent support—looking forward to fully using Wiser!
