We have used the Wiser App for five years and it has been a steady, reliable part of our store. It is easy to work with, even without much technical background, and the support team has been helpful when we have needed guidance. It continues to be a useful tool in our ecommerce setup. We have struggled to get it to work intuitively with Shopify B2B catalogs but otherwise it has been great!

Amit and Prachee are always so attentive to any issues I need at anytime. Ecommerce needs speed and to have the Wiser team respond + action so quickly every enquiry, its life saving.

Great app and great support via chat or via scheduled phone calls. We had very specific feature requests, they listened, understood and delivered. Their recommendation system is top-notch and works perfectly with Shopify Markets (we have multiple currencies and almost 50 configured different markets on Shopify!) and Multi-language stores like ours. 5/5 - I'd definitely recommend.

Great customer support! Karishma helped us with some starting problems we had and also find other issues on the website that had nothing to do with the app but helped us to optimize our website.

Just downloaded the app so I can only speak to the customer service so far and Toheeb has been amazing! He helped set up our first widget and it looks amazing! He was very responsive and got everything working and looking great within no time at all. Can't wait to see how it works on our store!

After adding the app I had a few questions and was offered by customer support to set this all up for me so I can get started right away! I received the best customer service support with the staff and the quickest response. I feel this app will help us increase sales and found that using the manual recommended tab best suits our needs! This is the best support I've received in comparison to any other apps I have added to our site on Shopify! Thank You Team!

I need it to set up manual recommendation in product pages and it worked perfectly. I can show/hide the "add to cart button" (which other plugins just show and don't allow you to hide) and if some products don't have handpicked recommendations you can set up a "fallback". The support is fast and efficient. Great experience!

Toheeb was more than great. Understood my issue immediately and helped me fix issues on my backend to support the drawer so it worked perfectly. Great work here!

Very disappointing. Features mentioned in the app listing are not included without paying hundreds of dollars a month. DO NOT USE
