We had a very positive experience with Wiser. The onboarding was smooth, transparent, and completely spam-free, and the offboarding process was just as uncomplicated and easy. Shan and Karishma were extremely supportive, responsive, and professional throughout, making the whole journey pleasant, very patiently answering all of our detailed questions. Our decision not to proceed right now was purely due to internal timing and resource constraints, not the app itself. We definitely plan to return to Wiser once our resources and time allow — and I can highly recommend both the solution and the fantastic team behind it. Thank you for everything.

Ankit was incredibly helpful as a customer support. He was able to help me instantly with my problems and resolved the issues fast. App itself has so many great features that it's an absolute must-have for any online business out there. 10/10 recommend!

All chat support staff very helpful, notably Toheeb & Prachee. Very explanitory on how things work and where they are as I was brand new to setting up the app.

They responded immediately whenever I had questions during the setup, and also handled some minor adjustments promptly. I was impressed by the speed of their support.

Super helpful in helping me setting it up and even helped me to customise it to my theme when it wasn't working out. It looks great and hopefully going to be super helpful in directing customers when I launch my website! But currently looks amazing. customer service was top notch 10/10.

Highly recommended – Great support & powerful features We've been using the Wiser app for a while now and couldn't be happier. It’s highly configurable, works exactly as it should, and fits seamlessly into our store’s needs. The support team is fantastic – especially Prachee, who has been incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. The app is ideal for anyone looking to implement product recommendations, frequently bought together, and other upsell features. All of this comes at a very reasonable price. We're now also considering adding their Search & Filter option based on the excellent experience we've had so far.

I have used the Wiser App for 3 years now and I am very happy with the results (ie sales from it!). With the amazing help of tech support, I can implement the features and maximise what the app has on offer. As a small ecomm business, with limited web development knowledge. I find it easy to navigate. This is by far the most performing app on my website.

He demonstrated a thorough understanding of the app's functionalities and ensured that everything was configured perfectly.
