We’ve been using Wiser for a while now, and the support team has been very responsive whenever we’ve needed help. Karishma has especially been very supportive and helpful throughout the process. She always takes the time to understand the issue and provide thoughtful support, especially with customization and troubleshooting. Her communication is quick, clear, and reliable, which has made the experience much smoother for our team. We truly appreciate the support and look forward to continuing to use the app.

Loving this app so far! Still working through setup, but the interface is easy to use with great features and customizations. When I encountered a small hiccup in setup, I reached out to support using the live chat feature and had my issue resolved by Toheeb in a matter of minutes.

I cannot say enough good things about this app and the folks running it. Their service is top notch! Not only are they immediately responsive, they take feedback seriously and develop upon it. We were using Re-Buy and it was so confusing and hard to use, and there were a lot of features we were paying for that just did not make sense. This app is affordable, has way more features and flexibility. It has already resulted in thousands of dollars in upsells in just a couple weeks. My only regret is not finding it sooner! Highly recommend! A+
