Highly recommended app and support team! We run a small store and have been working on a redesign and needed a good app that could handle cross-sells, up-sells both on the item detail pages as well as in cart and post sale. Wiser does it all. We wanted to have the AI functionality in addition to being able to manually control option suggestions on products. The Wiser team was a great help in getting everything set up, working with our developer and with me to set everything up and do a bulk upload for all options on all products.

Not only so happy with the app- we were able to set the settings to match our aesthetic, but I reached out to the company and was able to get them to custom code an element we needed. 5 stars, couldn't be happier!!

Adding Wiser to our store had an immediate effect on our performance. Their widgets work perfectly and we're seeing great results in the last few months since we started working with them. The level of customisation allows us to make all the changes we need and if there's something extra that we require, customer support is always available and quick to help us. Great app, absolutely recommend it if you want to see your conversion rate go up!

The app works well. We had an issue with ATC upon downloading however support centre helped us solve the issue almost immediately. UI looks simple and user friendly, however would be keen to add customs CSS to it in the near future.

5 out of 5 Stars love the app as it helps complete my website with their complete product recommendation features. Vishal was very helpful in fixing a bug in the Frequently Bought Together section of the app so service is 5 stars as well!

The app itself gave us exact what we needed and even beyond possibilities to get recommondations to the right places. We had a bit of trouble because we were using a page builder but the excellent support helped us and solved every problem diretcly. So this is a clear recommondation for everyone who is searching for high quality cross and up-sell app.
