Works great, great help in syncing orders and payments (for paypal and other payments) to xero. Especially the country mapping option is ideal for EU merchants having to deal with every different VAT rate. Support might take some time to get, but is top notch once received.

Reconcile.ly has made reconciling payments in Xero much easier! New features are making ecommerce accounting so much faster, easier, and automated.

Great Customer Service - extremely quick in sorting out problems via online chat with very helpful agent. Ap works like a dream and syncs seamlessly with Xero withot faults.

This app does it all. There is no other Shopify to Xero app that does what reconcilely does. Their support team goes above and beyond to make sure they get you what you need. The app functionality is flawless and so easy to understand. Thank you Reconcilely for making my life so much easier. I highly recommened this app!

App works great and allows me to get product volumes into Xero so I can run additional reports. Customer service is up there with the best. Any problems are solved within minutes.

The functionality of the app is good. We run 3 different shopify stores and the app is pivotal in porting our sales over to Xero as an invoice record for our daily reconciliation. We ran into some issues with billing spanning late 2022 to now but thankfully Eric and the team were able to resolve this and get us back on track and assist with invoice mapping to ensure we imported correct data.

I’m sorry you had this experience with the app. Stability is one of our staples, and sometimes things can certainly get in the way should Xero APIs not play nice, as is the case whenever we attempt to collect ledger accounts if the API is down. This can cause unforeseen results in which our only option is to react. The extreme majority of our customers don’t experience the volume of bugs you are describing, which is why I’d like to followup to understand your issues a little better and solve them for you. It seems you also have open support tickets. It would be ideal to be able to solve your support tickets and resolve this for you. Looking forward to it

Have been using this app for a couple of months now. It sends orders to Xero as you would expect. I particularly like the fact there is the option to consolidate all the card payments in to one transaction on Xero as that saves loads of time with the reconcile and isn't a feature that was available on a different app that I tried. I would have given them 5 stars, but the support is slightly hit and miss, either it is really fast or needs a bit of pushing to get an answer.

This app is a time saver. Took some time for me to find an app that properly connects Xero to Shopify and I'm so happy I found this. The customer support staff are some of the friendliest and helped me get set up really fast! I've only configured it for the Shopify gateway / Stripe payments but it's also supposed to work with other payment gateways like Paypal, Afterpay and Laybuy.

Support is absolutely amazing - thank you Jerome, Diego and Carlos and all. The app is brilliant. It pushes the Stripe orders/invoices with a credit for the charges to reconcile with the payout - saving me hours and hours. And they backdated them to 30 November 2020 for free. Couldn't ask for a better service.

I just started using this app and it took care of all my Shopify payments and my PayPal sales. It was fab and had a comprehensive yet easy setup. I also read where you could pay a one off charge for backdating from a precious time period and I did that today and it saved me hours and hours of work. App is FABULOUS! Support was great too.

We use Reconcile.ly to export online orders to Xero via Shopify and Paypal gateway and 99% of the time the sync is perfect. For the 1% that end up with issues, the support team at Reconcile.ly are fantastic and very responsive. Eric has helped me out a number of times with queries of varying complexity, quickly correcting any glitches or doing research on my most recent harder query on exchanges. Definitely recommend this app for Shopify/Xero integration.
