We have been using Reconvert for a few months and found it to be a money well spent. I revisited the app today because of the recent app upgrade, Agent Alex jumped on to the chat room and offered to help with bringing our site up to date with the best practices. I felt like this level of service is unheard of and was very impressed. I am very happy and his company is highly recommended.

Excellent app! Incredible live chat support! This app was already great before Shopify's recent changes to the post-purchase process; now, it is amazing! With ReConvert, you can customize your "thank you" / "order status" experience even if you are on Shopify Basic. I use it to capture customer birthdays as well as ask for customer reviews. Now I am exploring one-click upsells. With the improvements to the post-purchase functionality that Shopify has made, it is a no-brainer to offer one-click post-purchase upsells. It adds zero friction to the initial purchase, and is a high conversion opportunity to increase AOV. As great as the app is, the support is even better. Live, knowledgable, helpful chat support. This app is a slam dunk. Highly recommended.

Just started using it and super impressed with how intuitive the setup has been. Very hopeful that this will help increase AOV post-checkout. I had some questions during the setup process and Konstantin was quick and knowledgable with his responses making things 10x easier. This might be the best app we have installed for our store.

This APP is very good. It has Youtube videos for setup and the support is excellent. At the moment we have a ROI of x4.85 and it has a birthday collector! We pair that up with Klaviyo and it works very well.

I immediately saw upsells from the moment i set up the app. It takes you an hour or so to wrap your head around all the features of the app, but once you get the hang of it its pretty easy. The customer support team is very responsive and helpful, although i would recommend reducing the time of the tutorial videos as they are quite long. All in all, very happy with the app from day 1!
