I added this app after seeing a recommendation from a Facebook Group, and I couldn't be happier. Our AOV has increased, and our conversion has also improved! If you're spending money on driving traffic to your site with a focus on one product, it's not only a great service to your customers to show what other customers have bought that they should consider it also increases your AOV significantly. Love it!

I found out about Reconvert today and I needed help clarifying so many things! I went onto live chat and spoke to Alex and he was AMAZING! He helped me understand every little detail and I am so happy with his customer service. He made the process so easy. I may have asked a few things twice but he was so patient with me. I really appreciated that. The app itself is amazing! What a wonderful idea and I cannot wait to get the ball rolling!

Easy to setup thanks to their chat support with Lee-ann, made first post-checkout sale in 5 minutes. Have continued to make significantly more sales, and the support team continues to be of great help with making tweaks to optimize :)

I'm happy to have something that makes an offer right after purchase. The customer has already made the decision to purchase, making it a great time to offer them something else that can be added to their order. Anton from customer service has been great and helped me with some questions I had. Overall, great so far!

We are just getting into using the app, but already quite impressed. Setup is fairly straight forward, but the customer service is extremely impressive. Not that we expect support on a weekend, however, E-Commerce businesses are 24/7. Not only did we receive support on a Saturday, we got detailed instructions, tips and advice on how to achieve our desired outcome. Highly recommend.

DISGUSTED WITH THE PEOPLE WHO RUN THIS APP.......CHARGED ME £50 FOR NO REASON....THEN SAID THEY'D REFUND IF I REMOVED THE BAD REVIEW.....THEY ASKED ME TO RE INTALL THE APP THEN THEY COULD ISSUE THE REFUND. NOT ONLY DID THEY NOT DO THIS...THEY THEN CHARGED ME ANOTHER £25 THE FOLLOWING MONTH. SO NOW IM £75 DOWN....TOTAL RIP OFF.....AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
