Hi, we installed this app in July and we misunderstood the billing terms for this app as we felt that if not used there is no charge. In fact we didn't even set up the template - completely our fault. But Anton from ReConvert was really sweet in approving a full refund of charges from July 2020 till Now. There have been apps that don't allow such refunds. But Reconvert is different and trustworthy. I will definitely be reinstalling the app once the business improves.

The app needs some learning curve, but I am hopeful. Customer services are great so far! We have contacted Konstantin for some issues and it's been a great service.

I can't say enough good things about StilyoApps. I have incredibly high expectations when it comes to customer service, and rarely leave reviews, but their team consistently exceeds my expectations. There were a bunch of post-checkout upsell options I saw with high-end, conversion online shopping carts that Shopify didn't provide.
