Hi, we installed this app in July and we misunderstood the billing terms for this app as we felt that if not used there is no charge. In fact we didn't even set up the template - completely our fault. But Anton from ReConvert was really sweet in approving a full refund of charges from July 2020 till Now. There have been apps that don't allow such refunds. But Reconvert is different and trustworthy. I will definitely be reinstalling the app once the business improves.

App works great! Customer service was incredible. They helped me set it up and get it converting on my website.

Have been using Reconvert for a couple of weeks. Looks pretty good so far. Upsells are coming in, app itself has A LOT of features and their support is just brilliant and super helpful.

The app needs some learning curve, but I am hopeful. Customer services are great so far! We have contacted Konstantin for some issues and it's been a great service.

I am still trying to learn and launch the app, but Vladamir on the support team was quick to respond and the quick videos really helped me getting started.

I can't say enough good things about StilyoApps. I have incredibly high expectations when it comes to customer service, and rarely leave reviews, but their team consistently exceeds my expectations. They are easy to contact, quick to respond, take your questions and concerns seriously, and work like demons to get you a solution. They are a model for every other app developer to follow. In addition, they are super-smart in terms of marketing and sales. There were a bunch of post-checkout upsell options I saw with high-end, conversion online shopping carts that Shopify didn't provide. But ReCovert made each one I was looking for possible in an intuitive and effective way. I'm able to come up with very specific and targeted post-checkout sales funnels -- every automation I wanted, I could do. And they are consistently improving their app to make the experience more seamless for you and the customer. From their videos I get the impression that they not only make these apps for us, but for themselves, so they really get what our needs as sellers are. If you're at all hesitant to give ReConvert a try, don't be. This is the app you've been looking for, and it's supported by a team who will make you feel like they always have your back.

This app is really awesome. It's good for store owners and for customers too. It really helps us to give a personalized shopping experience to our customers. I also tried to reach out to the support and experience was great.

Anton was super helpful. understood what I needed and responded promptly and accurately. Just super helpful. i enjoy this app as well. takes a little while to get everything customized but its user friendly and you have people like Anton to help you through it. after that it just converts for you.thanks again
