I am updating my old review from 2 years ago. Since then the team improved the app A LOT and it works like a charm. BEST UPSELL APP on Shopify by far. The support is super friendly, patience AND responsive, impressive features. I should have gave the app a second chance earlier. Well done to you guys, wish you all the success you deserve and can't wait to try new features. ---------- // OLD REVIEW // unfortunately since shopify last update regarding checkout apps early november this app is useless. Conversion rate dropped from 30% to 0% I can't recommend it unfortunately

This app works well, especially if you have a store that fulfills order instantly (like digital goods). Other upsell apps don't work in that scenario.

I had installed the app hoping to find time to personnalize the emails, but the holidays rush hit and it became impossible to look further into it. I didn't realize it until it was too late, but the app started charging me as I hit over 50 orders. Konstantin was helpful in refunding me those charges, and advised I deleted the app until I had time to customize the emails, so I wouldn't risk being charged again meanwhile.

This is a really useful app. I like how it auto populates the shipping tracking number into the thank you page once we print a shipping label. Vladimir was very helpful with getting my page set up correctly. Highly recommend!

Inna is very helpful! Awesome app for sure...we love it, customer service is GREAT. Easy to use app - takes few minutes to set up amazingly customized MANY offers on your Thank You page with your own color codes and many different fonts to choose from..you could upload your own images too ...well done app.

Great app working well so far. Lots of customisation options to get it right for you store and product offerings. Very polished. Support from Vladimir has been super fast and excellent. Some sales generated already within the first couple of days.

Good app and good costumer service. You can design it as you like, many options to choose, makes the costumer experience much better at the end.

Just set this up for black Friday. Very easy to use. Free customer support for free plan. The free version is very good!!! You only have to pay once you sell 50+ products a month which is extremely fair. Every store needs this, no questions asked.

There's a reason why this app is rated 5 stars! Incredible and flawless integration in minutes. Totally customizable, easy to install, and support is prompt and VERY helpful. This is the perfect way to up sell for any store and my customers are SO happy with extra discounts and free shipping after checkout. We make about 50-100 sales a month so this is affordable for our business as well.

Great App! Setup is very easy and support is super fast. Pricing is moderate. All in all the app fits my need which is getting bettere relationship with my customer + more sales!

Came across this app whilst looking for something else, but reading what it can do it caught my attention so didnt hesitate to download it. The customer service is on point, it really helps the chat being live and 24hrs. I found every representive I had to be really helpful and make sure I understood things along the way, as it can be confusing communicating via messages. I'd definately recommend the app it has good features :)

Excellent product. We installed is three days ago and so far we have seen about a 20% increase in sales. Looking forward to seeing it really take off. Anton on chat was attentive too!
