I just downloaded this app and Alex was amazing in helping me setup my triggers and upsell/cross-sells. I know for a fact that this app will increase sales and I will update this review down the road. Thank you Alex

So far, very easy to use and already have seen results. People really do interact with it and some take advantage of it. It offers more than just discounts. It can collect info like "why did you buy this" and people's birthdays for marketing. The customer service has been excellent as well. I'm using the free version so far and as my store scales with this, paying for it is a no brainer. Also, Alex helped me adjust my store not to collect shipping within a few seconds. Awesome customer service. Lots of apps don't have 24/7 customer service.

I think you have an awesome app. The only thing you are missing is for your upsell to offer a client a product that they viewed but did not purchase. Which makes it more likely for them to buy than adding a product that they already have on their cart

I use this for upsell offers and it has helped increase repeat customers. I realized there were some settings that needed changing, and I wasn't sure what to do. Customer support was excellent!

I just downloaded this app and set up is so easy!! Not only that support was there the whole time, very responsive and unbelievably helpful. I cannot express how important this when it comes to new apps and learning new software. I can't wait to sit back and watch the results. Highly recommend.

Firstly, the customer service of this App is amazing! They were able to answer ALL my questions. We were really impressed! The app is relatively easy to use as well, the step by step videos provided are really helpful too.

I evaluated a lot of the cross-sell apps on the store and in terms of UX and features ReConvert comes out on top every time. But the one thing that did convince me was the brilliant customer support by Alex. Super fast, very helpful and all our questions were resolved within no time. If ReConvert is for you, only you can tell. But you should definitely give it a trial!
