Good customer support. The app was not for me in this period, but for sure valuable in the future. Would be cool if they add a in cart up sell and cross sell. Now there is no such function. Now it only upsells in the thank you page. So an after upsell.

It's very good. Please support Japanese localization and export the contents of the survey to a Google spreadsheet.
This app is simply amazing!! I love how it integrates into Shopify so seamlessly ! Had other upsell apps in the past that were a waste. This app is the best I've seen for Shopify period!
