The App is great designed and easy to use. -- October 2021: CAREFUL!!! We found out we have been overcharged for many months.... The pricing system is based on orders made. If you have orders synced from other channels like Amazon, ebay etc, then the App will count this also, even though these customers never saw the ReConvert LandingPage. We asked for reimbursement for the overcharged month - request is pending... UPDATE - The Customer Support solved this issue for us in a very professional manner. We have been completely refunded and the technical issue is solved. Thank you.

I never review apps (I have had over 20 shopify stores and 100's of apps) but the customer service was the best I've seen for an app. Konstantin was online right when I downloaded and helped me setup within 5 minutes. I 100% recommend. Thanks!

Good app, will pay its cost back within a couple of days. Live customer support as well, Konstantin was very helpful with some tweaking.

Great App. I had a few problems first setting up trying to use explorer, but ANTON, helped me out, and i switched over to google chrome, and it worked perfectly. All ready and set up now! Thanks again.

The apps is very useful for us to do upselling. Hoping that I can pay them when I get more than 50 orders per month after intalling and using ReConvert

Great idea to increase AOV. Installed this yesterday and used the Conversion Monster template (so simple it took me about 10 minutes to setup). Already this morning my store has made an extra order from this app. Great job ReCovnert!

Seems to work well so far. Instructional videos to get it set up are helpful. Being able to chat with tech support is great and they were able to help me when I couldn't get an image to load within the pop-u with timer feature. Everything is really customizable. We'll see how the reaction from customers turn out but set up and everything seems good so far.

The app is really good to gather feedback, but also to provide some essential information and make the "Thank you page" more interesting with offers, information and such. Very good app and good support :)

Great Customer support. Konstantin helped me very quickly. Even on a Sunday! The App itself does its Job. We could already collect valuable birthday data. We are now testing the Upsell feature. Let's see how it works. One small drawback: The content created with the app loads after the default Shopify content is loaded. This sometimes looks a bit strange, if the page seams fully loaded in the eyes of the customer and then after ca. 2 seconds some other content suddenly appears.

App has been working great so far for us! Also, customer support is on point. Ash helped resolved my issues quick and professionally!

I really like this app. It's unique, and does its job well. Also the customer service was faster than I expected. They were very good with quickly getting back to me and instantly fixing what I wanted done. They were also good with clarification and honesty on stuff they could not fix. I'll definitely be continuing to use them in the future. They are apart of my "must-have" apps list. Update* After using their store for another 2 years after that first review, I just added them to a new store I'm having built. True to my word, this app is one of those must-have/will always add apps to my stores!
