Just starting using the APP, sor far so good. Easy to setup, would love to have better documentation and more templates to find inspiration.

The FIVE STAR reviews.... what????? There simply has to be a reason for this. I don't understand. Not only is the preview shakey (litterally shakes when you try to scroll down the page to the bottom) but when you've spent hours figuring and adding all you want and then go back to change either side of the Thank You page, the preview for the right side never changes. Then when you go back to the dashboard, to try to click "customize" for anything you've tried to create, you are taken nowhere... however, one thing that does happen when you click the "customize", the odd thing is, the "actions" tab drop-down opens, of which you can click NOTHING. When you click "actions" NOTHING AT ALL HAPPENS.... not even a mistake drop-down. Then when you try to go to templates again, you can no longer select one to try to customize and you cannot delete the one you have already made to try another one. Waste of THREE HOURS OF MY TIME!

Great app! it really does as advertised and helped me boost my sales. It would be good to be able to sync the birthday list with mailchimp

Its a good app. Couldn't really make it to upsell but I guess its good. The designing and editing is a bit difficult though.

Great little app. Easy to create and configure discounts for one transaction or for a promotion. Set it, enter an end date and forget it. Never had a problem.

Quick review - it works and is more than paying it's own way, I would certainly recommend. Slightly longer review - I have found the team to be both helpful and pragmatic, whilst there are some aspects which I would like changing in the next update(s) I appreciate that our precise needs are not necessarily reflective of the 'mass market' however when speaking to the team they were very honest and direct about what changes/improvements could and would be made which made a refreshing change from some other Apps who dangle the carrot and promise the earth only to not ultimately deliver. We are seeing an approx 6-8x ROI however I anticipate that this could be improved significantly if there were just a few tweaks made to the accompanying 'Order Merger' app which unfortunately doesn't (at this moment in time) work for our store (but which I suspect would add value for most stores, especially if they fulfill themselves and don't use a 3PL). App was really intuitive and simple to set up - for once something I could do myself rather than beg for help from others, and on the rare occasion where I have had to query something with the team they have always been super responsive. The post-purchase upsell page can sometimes take a second or so longer than I would like to 'pop-up' on the 'thank you' page however this doesn't appear to have impacted our conversions. In summary, a simple yet effective app that I would definitely recommend and which has certainly paid its own way (and then some) so far (NB we have been using for 4-5 weeks now).

I just installed this app and created my first customized confirmation in a few minutes. I've not tested the app in action and don't know how it improves my upsells but so far it looks great.

good app thus far. Will update after I give it time to capture new revenue. Have not seen business impact as of yet.

I enjoyed the app. It was great. I also like that the User Experience and Interface is very similar to that of Shopify's backend theme editor.
