I have had this amazing app for over a year now, great ROI, great customer support, great experience for any client who buys and gets a good branded thank you page and post purchase up or cross sales. highly recommended. great great great ROI. Thank you for this app!

This app is the best post-purchase app and has just about everything you need. Their post-purchase upsell feature is now dynamic meaning it now shows products that are customers are interested in and conversion rates are much higher than they used to be (before the update, it wasn't dynamic). Also the post-purchase surveys are very insightful. Customers are very engaged at this point so you get a lot of useful data and post purchase sales. The support team is also really helpful. Anton helped me solve a small issue very fast and their response time is like under a minute. Amazing :) update: they now also have an OCU AND funnel triggers, so it's even better than before! *mind blown*

I have just discovered ReConvert exists nothing could be more helpful in retaining my clients and prospects.

inititally I had issued with the app when requesting a refund they asked me to update my review to get a refund. I am now giving them a 1 star from my original 3 star . I would not recommend this app.

This app is super customizable. It does just about everything you need out and if there is something that isn't available out of the box, you can add blocks where you can drop custom HTML. Added bonus that I didn't know when I signed up – you can actually add a discount code AND offer free shipping on an upsell product which is great (since no one wants to pay for shipping twice and normal Shopify discounts can't do this...) The support is great as well. Helpful and responsive.

Seems simple enough so far... need to add a bit more but so far so good. Need to know if I apply a discount code then also offer a countdown code can the customer use both ? If so, how do I stop them doing that ?

I use this app to create surveys, upsell, and give discount codes. It has helped me get tons of sales and is super affordable (free up to a certain amount of sales). UPDATE #1 12/1/21 They now have a funnel option that rocks! This is a MUST if you want to have a successful Shopify store. They also have world class customer support. We've increased our AOV by $59 since adding the post-purchase funnels. UPDATE #2 10/26/23 Ash was super helpful and went the extra mile to help me make sure the new post purchase funnel options were working properly. I highly recommend this app for it's functionality, pricing and customer service
