This seems like a great app. i just tested it and it seems to run smooth too. one thing i would love to know is: I am setting up a 'product upsell'. when people purchase, I want to give them 10 minutes to add a special item to their cart before we package the order - this way if they take the up-sell we are not paying for shipping an additional item separately. My issue is that when we 'fulfill' the orders, an email goes to that person and they can click 'view your order'. then they get the special discount without having to pay shipping. is there a way to make re-convert only show the custom order page directly after an order is processed (and not show up for people viewing the order page from other links etc.?)

One of the best upsell app I met. Easy to use and has many options that makes the customers add more products to their order. I have been using it for the last 2 weeks and already see higher Order value. Thank you for helping me grow my business

Easy to install and set up. I'm not that tech savvy but received help (from an actual person!) straight away. Alex also then checked everything was working, which was v reassuring for someone with zero tech experience! I then had a bit of an issue with the plan but both Ashley and Alex sorted this for me very quickly. Thanks again.

It is simple and easy to use. But you can't track or filter which orders come from their app. They definitely should add a special tags for these orders.

i came here after having many failed up sell attempts (from other apps). This is the most powerful i have found and will be keeping it for life long. the problem with other apps is that there is a very high risk of hurting conversion but this app never lets you face any such problems. the support is fantastic. they have feature request/ bug reports if you want anything more. overall the best app!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

works great! They made the interface looks like shopify. So is very easy to use. I wish they have more advance setting for the coupon code. Like to offer a percentage off or amount off base on order size.

I've tried every single app I could find that offered upsells after checkout. This one is hands down the nicest design and easiest to use. Pros: - Uses an editable theme template like you use for your regular Shopify store so it's easy to use and looks the same. - It's not buggy. Looks good and functions correctly. - Has so many options to add to your thank you page... it's a one-stop shop for more than just upsells! Works great for engaging customers and enhancing customer satisfaction. Also just for adding any custom text you need to the TY page. - Great customer support via Messenger... means fast responses! Cons: - The upsell block itself doesn't allow you to manually choose upsells based on what they purchased. But you are at least able to use product recommendations narrowed down to specific collections or let Shopify choose recommendations. I talked with support and they informed me that this feature is coming though! - The upsell block doesn't have a timer (only their popup discount box). Support informed me timers are coming for all the converting widgets soon.

Be careful how you set this thing up! The first order we received with the app active was cancelled because the (smart) customer just applied the shown discount code to duplicate his order and requested a cancellation for the first. Go over all of the settings before you go live, including the ones in the "General" tab. That, however, does show that people pay attention to what's shows on the thank you page. I see this app having a positive ROI in no time! Plus, I received a message from the owner personally and we had a great chat. A+!
