I had an issue with billing after uninstalling the app, and the ReConvert support team went above and beyond to help me. They made a special exception and offered me a refund as a goodwill gesture. Their communication was clear, fast, and very supportive. Excellent customer service — thank you!

Still being charged despite having uninstalled the app
Hi Alejandro I'm so sorry to hear this - I'm not sure what happened here as it is not possible that the app could continue to charge you after uninstalling (unless there was an annual plan perhaps that was managed outside of Shopify?) Support answered all my questions right away then took over and finessed all the upsell items on my product pages and my thank you page in no time at all. I'm so excited to see how my customers can now easily add to their purchases and there is tons more I am able to do with the app as well :)

They launch new versions of the app which require you to rebuild all of your funnels. You can't update or migrate your funnels which you have spent hours building, the only option is to rebuild them from scratch. Customer support were unable to assist, except to tell me as we have not upgraded our app to the new version our thank you page upsells have stopped displaying.

I downloaded the app and within seconds Saumya had sent a message making sure i didn't need anything. After I explained I downloaded hoping to fix my conversion problem, she volunteered to take a look at my site to see if she could find anything. I was actually quite surprised for her to do that, considering many places want to throw an extra $100 to the invoice. Which I get, but it was refreshing to experience a friend before customer way of doing business first hand. If that makes any sense.

This app is great!! Just started using it and love how straight forward and customizable everything is. But what really stands out is the support team, Ashley from Reconvert really helped me understand the app and get things set up. She was super helpful and made things easy for me to understand - really liked how she provided screenshots.
