Support answered all my questions right away then took over and finessed all the upsell items on my product pages and my thank you page in no time at all. I'm so excited to see how my customers can now easily add to their purchases and there is tons more I am able to do with the app as well :)

I downloaded the app and within seconds Saumya had sent a message making sure i didn't need anything. After I explained I downloaded hoping to fix my conversion problem, she volunteered to take a look at my site to see if she could find anything. I was actually quite surprised for her to do that, considering many places want to throw an extra $100 to the invoice. Which I get, but it was refreshing to experience a friend before customer way of doing business first hand. If that makes any sense.
