Customer service is very responsive, and Shafta has been incredibly knowledgeable about my concerns, providing clear and thorough explanations. I just wish that there's a way to hide/remove the code snippet that is attached to the product in the order when a conversion is made through the app.

英語で少し理解しにくいところもありますが、導入してから少しずつアップセルの効果が出てきていると感じています。サポートは即時日本語に翻訳されるため、ずいぶん楽になりました。機能的にかなり多くの機能を使うことができますが、シンプルに使っても良いと思います。自由度は高いので、もっと日本語対応が進んでくれると嬉しいですが、今の所十分使えています。Saumyaの助けで購入制限のある商品を非表示にする設定もできました。

Functionality is great, easy to set up discounts and offers in Thank You Page, Order Status Page, and Post Purchase popups. The system is fairly logical but it takes some getting used to how it all works. Service is instant if you need any support or have questions. Ash is very helpful. Will be keeping this app as one of our ongoing marketing tools.

Im not going lie, the application is hard to navigate and it can get very confusing. But overall, the customer service is wonderful and very helpful and answers right away! The application is good for upselling items in your store and automatically does it for you and collects data for you can have a better understanding where your audience is targeting and coming from. Its a good app, just needs a better interface so it can be user friendly.

Great support and help from Riya but the onboarding setup still say it is not setup even that it is.

I just started building the first flows in the app, and I can say there is a lot of room for improvement. when it comes to highlights, it would be amazing customer support as Saumya is a huge help for me during onboarding to the app! She is not there just to answer on all of my questions and assist me during work, but also proactively checking on a process

Great customer service, Ash was very patient with me as we spent nearly 5 hours trying to configure the best way for ReConvert to accommodate our needs!
