This app is incredibly powerful, but in order to harness all of its power, you need to put in some time to customize it according to the needs of your store. It can be very intimidating. Fortunately for me, I was able to chat with Saumya from their tech support. She was one of the friendliest people I've ever talked to in a tech support role. Like, EVER. I can be a fairly eccentric person and somewhat difficult to manage in a conversation, but she handled it like a true professional, patiently guiding me with directions and steering me to the places I needed to go to in order to customize the app well. I'm not finished with all I need to do, but I have a great sense of excitement, and I can already tell that this humble addition to my store is going to be a great one.

Just recently installed this app. The customer service rep was attentive and patient. She immediately offered her assistance as soon as I installed the app. She was happy to help me get all set up and ready for use! My app is installed and ready to go. Honestly, probably wouldn't have been able to get everything installed properly without her help!
