Great features, had some configuration issues initially but chatted to support and Alex was able to get me up and running in a flash!

So far it looks like this app has all the features I wanted, and is much more reasonably priced than its competitors. Shafta from customer support has been brilliant in helping to work out any technical issues, so I can't fault the team at ReConvert at all. Great app

Amazing help. was very happy with my tech and very impressed.

At first, I was very frustrated with ReConvert’s pricing model because I was charged based on order value, which was not clear to me in the beginning. However, their customer success director personally reached out to me and handled my case with great efficiency and sincerity. They quickly offered me a fair solution and even provided a refund, which showed me they truly care about their users. I really appreciate the support and the effort they put into resolving my issue. Now I feel confident to continue using this app, and I’m impressed by their customer service. For anyone looking for a good post-purchase upsell tool, I recommend giving ReConvert a try.
