Honestly, he was like Superman saving someone from a burning high-rise in New York City. Alex worked with me patiently for over 3 hours and helped me get everything set up exactly how I needed it. In a world where genuine customer service is hard to find, this kind of support was not only refreshing — it was exceptional. This app absolutely deserves 5 stars.
