Wir haben gestern die App installiert. Wir sind gespannt ob uns die App hilft. Der Support ist super von Anastasia war echt super. Wir hoffen das uns die App hilft. Es ist sehr schade das man den Checkout nicht einrichten kann wenn man kein ShopifPlus hat. Sehr schade Danke

so far is good. except coversion monster's timer discount default setting. We almost loss 25% for each orders. You may usggest us but not set as deafult for better result.

***ORIGINAL REVIEW*** This app does exactly what I was looking for, with lots of different options for products in the upsell. All chat support especially Mark have had has been great and very helpful - they often send images with arrows to help show you how to do some and even offer to help set the upsell up for you. Very Impressed and would recommend. My only criticism would be when there is an issue that needs resolving, they do not update you on the progress you have to ask and it can take a long time but in the end they do resolve it, Ashley has been fantastic, have been using this app for just over 6 months and had a slight problem with one of my funnels, he quickly told me the issue and created a new funnel for me to fix the issue, brilliant customer service, very impressedThis app does exactly what I was looking for, with lots of different options for products in the upsell. Downloaded last week, seems to be paying for itself in its first week. Very helpful team that advised and made changes on my behalf. I would have awarded 5 stars had there been pre-purchase up-selling opportunities, which I'm told are currently being developed. With the addition of pre-purchase up-selling, this is a 5 star app that I wish I should have purchased years ago!

Came across this app whilst looking for something else, but reading what it can do it caught my attention so didnt hesitate to download it. The customer service is on point, it really helps the chat being live and 24hrs. I found every representive I had to be really helpful and make sure I understood things along the way, as it can be confusing communicating via messages. I'd definately recommend the app it has good features :)

Had some trouble setting up the thankyoupages with triggers (there was a bug that doesnt allow spaces in template names) but the CS team and the devs fixed it within hours. Now I do have issues with slow loading speeds (customers scroll past the offer before it loads fully) but again CS and devs are out to help! (especially Konstantin, he went above and beyond to help me save my day and keep frustration level low) If we can get the loading time for the offers to 3 sec. (rn its 7...) its a full five star experience.

We use it on 1 store (US traffic) but not on our main one. Their pricing isn't based on revenue but on total orders. Unfortunately they even "charge" for unpaid orders which are a large % of orders in markets like Brazil which have an offline boleto system. I pointed out this model doesn't make sense in markets such as Brazil but the question was ignored. Second time I asked they basically said tough luck. Short sighted. EDIT: They reached out and we have agreed a workaround for boletos and installed on the 2nd store.
