After a bit of a bumpy start trying to install the app, Reconvert's customer service helped clear any and all problems. Jordan went above and beyond helping me set up the app and was extremely professional. I am grateful he worked it all out for me. The app has a bit of learning curve but their team is there to help. This app is incredibly powerful, but in order to harness all of its power, you need to put in some time to customize it according to the needs of your store. It can be very intimidating. Fortunately for me, I was able to chat with Saumya from their tech support. She was one of the friendliest people I've ever talked to in a tech support role. Like, EVER. I can be a fairly eccentric person and somewhat difficult to manage in a conversation, but she handled it like a true professional, patiently guiding me with directions and steering me to the places I needed to go to in order to customize the app well. I'm not finished with all I need to do, but I have a great sense of excitement, and I can already tell that this humble addition to my store is going to be a great one.
