Thanks for support. Had first given 1 star, because of slower support. Ticket "in process" always. Dev. team working on it. I guess it was a heavier task for the team (Shopify Plus checkout). Response rate was always fast and in the end they fixed it and it works really well. thanks again!

We stopped using this app after learning that (despite being told the contrary when we signed up) they charge for both online and POS orders. They then rely on the merchant to communicate which orders are POS orders and request a refund to correct the billing charge. We feel that it is unethical to knowingly overcharge a customer and then require that they take action each and every month to have their bill corrected. This information should be transparent to customers before they decide to work with this app. Update: We uninstalled the app, as the billing situation and requirements of us would not be sustainable for our business. We were refunded the charge made to our account for the days we used the app, which we appreciate. The above lack of transparency issues surrounding pricing still exist, however.

Just got started with this App and so far it has been a good journey, Earlier Shafta briefed me really well about setting up this app and she personally studied my website to help me better understand the potential from Reconvert, moreover their customer support is excellent, Saumya is always there to help me understand this app better.

I had hired a marketing team that would only work with this app. I'm no longer working with them and am figuring how to edit and update my flow in here on my own. Riya in customer support was super helpful and responsive, making sure I got all my questions answered. I'm still playing with the structure of these upsells, as it's a very different setup than OCU, which is what I was using before. I like how this looks and it seems like they'd convert really well, so I'm giving it another go!
