I’ve been using ReConvert for about three years, and while I initially had concerns—especially after changes to the thank-you pages impacted some features—I have to say the support team really came through. After reaching out again, they were super responsive, helped me resolve the issues, and even restored key features like surveys that I thought were gone for good. The app is back to working smoothly, and I’m already seeing value again. It's clear they’re committed to keeping the app updated and their customers happy. Thanks to the team for turning things around—I'm sticking with ReConvert!
Hey Julius, Sorry to hear this. Totally get the frustration if things haven’t felt worth it. Quick note - surveys do still work on the legacy version. On the new version, they’re not live yet, but we’re working on it, along with birthdays and a few other features. They need entirely new mechanisms from the back-end for them to be supported and we're close to that being done. I recently installed the app and faced some issues because I didn’t know how to remove certain elements. I quickly reached out to their chat support, Riya help me and responded super fast. This was the best customer service I’ve had with any app. They were very attentive and even did it for me. Simply the best!

Had few struggles in the beginning, as I was too lazy again to read the full documentation. I could ask a ton of questions to support and both agents I worked with were super responsive and within one day I have a running solution. Price is very fair. Recommendable.
