This is a review for the customer service, the app has yet to prove results. We're giving it another month and hoping to see results after going through the live chat. The customer service live chat was fast response, which is a big plus. Konstantin was very quick to respond. After a bumpy start to covering our issues, he dug in and brought it back from the verge by offering support in helping to optimize the app and offering app credit. He was efficient and helpful and by the end of the chat we're hoping to see some good results come from the app. If not, at least their service deserves a review for being fast and working to help their customer real time. Just watch out for slipping into template mode early in live chat and potentially pushing people away. Good work on adapting and pulling it back.

Awesome App. It was fairly easy to set up for someone that is not too tech savvy. It was very helpful to have the instructional videos attached so you could follow along.

Support staff is very friendly, but if the app could show a countdown upon page landing that would be great, but sadly it doesnt.

Good start. Pretty impressive app functions, and the support was really fast, been used to waiting for US time zone support teams. Having Asia time support is great! Will have to wait a while to see if the features convert for me, but liking what I'm seeing so far. You can literally configure the heck out of your Thank You page.

Really happy with the app, integration, price, and support. But everytime I change my product the star reviews do not automatically update and I have to contact support. Would put 5 stars if this bug was fixed.

The trial app has to approve a charge of $ 0, which is illegal operation, which means that you can modify the charge level and force the payment at any time in the background without feeling secure.
Hi there! ReConvert charges based on usage, which means when you install the app you must approve charges for the highest plan, so we can charge each month based on this month's usage. If your usage puts you on the free plan, you might see a charge of $0, which means you were not charged. This is completely legal and in accordance with Shopify's payment procedures. If you have any issue with the app charges we'd be more than happy to help solve it for you, we're available at [email protected] or at the live chat through the app- looking forward to hearing from you :)

Good as I got my first sales with it but there still some options missing. (Upsell product if they bought X and didnt bought Y)

in addition to the previous review, reconvert got back to to immediately , the poor performance was due to the fact the reconvert was looking at all my order, whether from shopify or from amazon and calculating performance and roi based on the total number of orders, the actual performance 4% conversion rate and generated about €80 and paid about $10 which is about 1000% in ROI have tried emailing on a number of occasions to discuss the app as we we are not getting any success. just getting ignored and no rpely the app looks good but im not getting any success with it at all
