El servicio de ayuda es muy bueno pero no funciona realmente para Chile ya que solo podemos utilizar intermediarios de pago (FLOW, MERCADOPAGO...) para uso de tarjetas. Funciona a medias. Te deriva a un "thankyou page " pero no puedes usar los funnels.

La razón por la que tus clientes no pueden ver esto en este momento se debe a la forma en que Shopify funciona desde el back-end y sus propias limitaciones. I used this product in the past and had to take a break as I didn't need a post purchase option, things have since changed and I needed to get my old program back. I had some questions and Avraham and Alex took great care of me. Product is awesome, and 10/10 customer service.
