Lee-Ann went out of her way to ensure that everything was set up how I wanted it before leaving or sending me off to another department. Tested the app while she waited and I am very happy with it. Now let;s hope for the sales!!

I jumped onto the chat, not knowing what sort of tech support I would receive and needed advice on what changes I could make to my store. I knew we needed to make some changes, but I didn't know what changes would be the best for my store. Luckily I got ASH! Ash explained the changes, what they would do, and where to set them. Ash also sent training videos so I had a great starting point. Then he went above and beyond made those changes for me (with my permission of course!) It's nice to see a tech company that's interested in my success as a business. Ash definitely made all the difference for us today, and saved us a ton of time! Thank you Ash!!

I am new to ReConvert and just finished the setup process with Anastasia who was able to get everything up and running for us in minutes. An absolutely amazing service experience. Based on this experience alone I would highly recommend giving ReConvert a try.
