I received afterhours assistance from one of their rep named Alex. Alex was very helpful, patient and prompt. He communicated well all along the steps of the funnels he implemented. Looking forward to see how this app turns out. I see they have great reviews already.

We meet the same problem that may like other stores. The post-purchase cannot work due to third-party payment reasons. Mrs. Anastasia gave us brief explanations and a solution. Nice job!

I was having difficulty getting the app to work correctly. After checkout it would go straight to the thank you page and bypass the post-purchase. Alex was quick to notice that the payment process I use is not supported on the post-purchase. He edited by thank you page so that I would be able to still use the app and hopefully get more sales!

Very useful and easy to use app, it has everything you need for a good upsell page (maybe only the fonts are missing). The support is amazing, always very fast and helpful.
