I've only had Reconvert just over a week, but so far so good. Setup was pretty easy and any questions I had were quickly answered.

I have only just gone through intial set ups but was very anxious of making mistakes. I think i have to set it up properly, I also think it's quite expensive as it's charging per number of orders. and I only set it up for a few collections not all products

Outstanding customer service! As I installed the app, I was greeted by a gentleman named Alex, who simply let me know I could ask him any question. He walked me through all of the options and answered all of my questions right there and then with samples, different methods to overcome my challenges, and saved me a lot of time and a lot of reading.
