We are still new to using the app and have liked it so far so my rating of the app is for customer service alone, however, I am also pleased with the options this app has available for upselling and creating our first real funnel was very easy. Ashley helped me first and was very nice and helpful. My second experience with customer service was today with Lee-Ann and if I could give her 6 starts I would. She has been incredibly helpful with answering my questions and walking me through things. I have appreciated her support.

Lee-ann was very attentive and promptly answered my many questions as I was setting up my first funnel. This app is very intuitive and thus far the customer service is awesome. Looking forward to seeing this app increase my revenue and AOV.

I did not know how to use the funnel and tried various ways with help, but could not get it to work, so I contacted support. I did so, and CHALENE responded immediately. charlene's response was very prompt and she was very attentive and detailed in her support. She also took in what we wanted to do and helped us set it up, which we appreciated.

I've had this plug in for over a year now, and the difference is night and day. So many amazing features like the birthday, order tracking and even funnel build outs. Not to mention customer service is stellar!

Great app and customer support. Increased my AOV and can see where my customers are coming from. The only feedback I have is to have a clear overview of percentages of the post-purchase thank you surveys. Now I have to check each order individually. Still, I definitely recommend the app!
