Anastasia was amazing, fixed my issues and was friendly!!!! Had a couple of questions regarding the funnels and thank you pages, she was quick and supportive!

Really love the Funnel and Thank You Page options ReConvert offers. Their support is also outstanding: very fast response and good answers. Recommended for every webshop, doesn't matter what you sell.

We meet the same problem that may like other stores. The post-purchase cannot work due to third-party payment reasons. Mrs. Anastasia gave us brief explanations and a solution. Nice job!

I was having difficulty getting the app to work correctly. After checkout it would go straight to the thank you page and bypass the post-purchase. Alex was quick to notice that the payment process I use is not supported on the post-purchase. He edited by thank you page so that I would be able to still use the app and hopefully get more sales!
